Requiring the services of Rossdales once again following our previous engagement in March 2023, I must express my satisfaction. From the initial phone call to interactions with the reception, I had the pleasure of conversing with a delightful lady who exhibited compassion and kindness. During the veterinary visit, the highly knowledgeable Kate demonstrated both compassion and understanding, leading to a collaborative decision on the optimal approach for my pony. I hold Kate at Rossdales Veterinary Practice in high regard for her extensive expertise, as well as her compassionate and kind demeanor. My sincere gratitude to Rossdales.

We brought our kitten Mac in for his first health check and vaccinations and received amazing service from every member of staff. The reception ladies were lovely and caring, Vlad our vet made sure to take excellent care of Mac and was very helpful in answering all our question's. A big thank you to Alisha for taking the time to help us get rid of everything out of his paws! Everyone went above and beyond and we are so thankful for your care!

Since Theo has left I felt that I would change vets however, we have had a few appointments with Greg a d he is brilliant. He explains everything. Listens to what you say. Friendly. No delays. Will be very unhappy if he leaves and will consider changing vets.

Jelly Recently has been neutered bless her and didn't handle it very well but Medivet Bigglewade were absolutely amazing with her and to be honest I was worried sick even though my furbaby was healing and reassured me at all times by phone and I sent emails and they were absolutely AMAZING! I cannot thank this amazing team and receptionists enough xxx love from Jo and Bean Davies xxxx

First class. I immediately felt complete confidence with the woman vet who treated my dog and, more importantly, he felt relaxed as he was being examined. I knew he was in safe hands. Stars off the scale.

Excellent specialist centre with professional specialists. Detailed diagnosis given along with kindness and care to my pet Florence who is a very anxious little dog. Julian was very thorough, explained the procedure and diagnosis in detail, has followed up with us since leaving with advice and blood results. Highly recommend for complex animal health issues and specialised care.

Genuinely blown away but this outstanding facility and all the lovely happy staff that work here. Our sausage was admitted for investigative work today and the love and support received for her was amazing. Our vet Sophie was remarkable. So kind and caring but clearly very knowledgeable and excellent at her job and able to relay information in a really understandable way. For the first time ever I had no problem leaving my little sausage as I knew in my heart she was going to be so loved and looked after and she definitely was. She’s a very anxious soul and she was unusually happy at this vets and not obviously shaking and anxious like she usually would be. The reception team were also fantastic and incredibly friendly. Will definitely be recommending to everyone!

We were extremely nervous, having not been to a referral vet before and having been with the same vet for a really long time. We shouldn't have worried at all. From only a few hours after our vet made the referral, we were offered an appointment as early as the next day. Staff were helpful and friendly, they were able to reassure us even though we were facing a potentially significant diagnosis for our cat. They were clear about the process and what the costs were likely to be initially, which gave us the opportunity to prepare before the appointment. At our appointment, Anna was just exceptional, she was so gentle and thorough when assessing our cat and her experience and expertise was clear. She went through the diagnosis (thankfully, in our case a less significant diagnosis than we had been referred as) carefully ensuring we understood treatment options and followup plan, as well as providing options for obtaining the medication we needed. The discharge letter was the most thorough I have ever seen (pet or human!). The fees are more expensive than your regular vet, but it obviously costs a huge amount to run such a specialised animal hospital. The initial consultation fee was more than our insurance would cover for specialist consultation fees, but the price was made clear to us at point of booking and we were able to plan accordingly. After the appointment, their team completed and submitted the insurance form promptly, which was appreciated. Since then, we've had regular contact with the vet that saw us, and when our regular vet needed some further advice, they were able to get it promptly from Davies - the aftercare has been exceptional and we have no hesitation in recommending them.

Expensive like all veterinary places but not exorbitant like them either. The highest levels of expertise and equipment can be found here. Wherever you go now you’ll need deep pockets or high levels of insurance from a good company.

We were told of a possible 4 hour wait but when we arrived after 9.30 at night with our very poorly Bichon, a vet came out within 10 minutes of arrival. From Gate Security to Reception and registering, nothing was too much trouble and our pooch was handled with great care. She examined him thoroughly and although the end did not have a happy outcome (he was over 14 years), he was treated with respect and the vet was just as sad as we were when we said our final goodbyes. We cannot say enough and thank the Royal Veterinary team.

Been to 4 vet's so far. This hospital blew the others out of the water. The level of care and professionalism stood out massively. Hatfield is the first place I felt confident to book my frenchie in for nose surgery. Andrea operated on my dog. She was fantastic. I have only had bad experiences with other vet's in the past, Medivet being the absolute worst, so avoid!! I am thrilled with service and level of aftercare.11/10

I’ve been to many vets for my dog storm, she has a hereditary eye problem and was taken to the RVC as an emergency due to an eye ulcer from a previous surgery that wasn’t done right at a different vet, the staff at RVC were so kind and comforting and explained everything so well. The best veterinary services I have ever experienced and thanks to them my storm didn’t lose her site!

We have always had a fantastic experience at Henlow vets. Since moving to the area 2.5 years ago they have looked after all of our cats. From Kitten vaccinations & neutering to dental care & even end of life care leading up to loosing our older cat more recently. The team are friendly, kind, understanding & professional. We feel so blessed to have one of the best vets in the county at the end of our road. Thank you to everyone at Henlow Vets. Our fur babies are our world so it means a lot.

Henlow vets is not our local vets, yet we choose to use them for our beloved dogs initially due to their positive reputation. It’s the best decision we made. I cannot recommend this vets highly enough. From amazing, kind and compassionate reception staff and nurses to brilliant vets we couldn’t be happier trusting Henlow with our 3 dogs. I moved my dog from his previous vets to Henlow vets and since got my cat signed up too. The team at Henlow vets are always there to answer any question you ever have about your animals and genuinely care. They've always offered me sound advice, from how old to let my cat outside to my dogs recurrent ear infections. I've even rang a few times out of hours over my dog and the advice they give is second to none, I've been able to pick up emergency medication from them on a Sunday. Thank you all at Henlow vets for everything you've done for me, Ron and Reg 🥰

Henlow have always been amazingly helpful for me with wildlife cases, in particular nurse Becky who has given invaluable help and advice with wild pigeons I've found who needed help. So many practices don't help wildlife so I'm really grateful for you guys. Thank you. :)

My cat Dusty had to be put to sleep today and I have to thank Keeley for being so kind, patient and caring both to Dusty and my husband and I at a very sad and difficult time. An amazing Vet and wonderful, genuine lady, thank you.

It was my first time visiting this vets yesterday with my Labrador. They managed to fit me in the same day, despite being really busy as I was sure my dog had an eye infection. All the staff are super friendly and made the visit pleasant for both myself and my dog. We was seen promptly and my dog was checked over and prescribed the antibiotics he needed. I am so pleased I moved my dogs over to this vets after a bad experience at my previous vets. I cannot fault them and highly recommend! They are also very reasonably priced! My dogs eyes already look better today 🙏 Thank you Woolpack Vets ❤️🐾

Our puppy had a really nasty allergic reaction: and the vet nurse went over and beyond to support us on next steps, help us with getting financial support, talked through pet insurance all of which was not her job at the time. But the level of support and care was brilliant . We are new to the area and are so pleased we choose the wool pack

Kind, compassionate and knowledgeable vets. Have used them several times over the last year and they've always been so helpful and accommodating. Sadly my young pup Ponyo died very recently and again they were so compassionate. The card Zoe sent on behalf of the team was very touching and personal and really provided some comfort at a very difficult time. Would recommend this vets more than any other I've used.

First time of taking our pet snake to the vets to see Chris. Didn't know what to expect but felt comfortable and Chris explained everything and followed up by an email. He was recommended to us and certainly would recommend him to anyone else with an exotic pet.

Took one of our beloved dogs in for treatment of an ear infection. As usual, treated with professionalism, kindness, and compassion. Couldn't recommend Jake enough. His passion for the job and kindness towards pets and their humans is, without a doubt, unmatched. My partner has been using their services for a almost a decade now, and I am not surprised why she hasn't changed. A massive well done and thank you for being there for us 👏

The clinician at Letchworth Vets was excellent. She quickly identified issues, talked us through solutions, including likely cost, and the whole time she was empathetic with us and gentle with our dog. We've been with this practice for 12 years and they've always been on top of everything, to the point where we will drive a few extra miles from where we now live so that we get the same quality of expertise and service. Thank you to everyone there.

We started using this vets when we first got our rescue puppy, and over time she has got very dog and human reactive, to the extreme. The only place she doesn’t react to people is at this vets! They are so accommodating to her needs, and try to make it so that it is always the same vet, Rose, seeing her to build up a relationship and trust. Helen on reception is an absolute gem and always helps however she can, and Rose, our main vet is beyond amazing with our snowy! They also accommodated to us turning up at closing time tonight with an emergency without calling ahead, and instead of turning us away like other vets probably would, they wanted to help us and got our dog seen by a vet at the very last minute. I can’t sing this place’s praises enough in all honesty ❤️

I’ve been registered here since our Yorkie was 8 weeks old (he’s 7 1/2 now) and I cannot rate them highly enough. The staff are amazing and the staff turnover is very low so you see the same faces. Lenka, one of the vets has seen our Biewer since she was a pup and saved her life by stabilising her and sending us straight to the hospital, she wouldn’t have made the night otherwise (this came from the Neurologist). We also foster, so I’m always popping over with one foster or another, they couldn’t be more helpful. Lastly, we have just foster failed and adopted Mickey, our deaf/blind Collie. He just needed to have a tooth out and the staff were so good. I needed to be with him when he went to sleep and when he woke up so he knew he was safe. They were so good I don’t think he was anxious at all or even knew I had left him. 10/10 from all of us.

These guys went above and beyond for my pup Luna when she had a terrible accident and had impaled herself on a branch in the woods. My son had taken her for a walk while i was at work and a stranger kindly took them to gatehouse vets in baldock however they weren't able to help and were shockingly insensitive and dismissive (even though ive been told multiple times i should switch to them👀) i was far from impressed and i wasnt the only one. Anyway back to the amazing team at letchworth vets for pets they did everything they could for Luna my son and myself in this extremely traumatising situation and i cannot thank them enough! They are truly vets, nurses and receptionist in it for the love of animals!
