I moved my dog from his previous vets to Henlow vets and since got my cat signed up too. The team at Henlow vets are always there to answer any question you ever have about your animals and genuinely care. They've always offered me sound advice, from how old to let my cat outside to my dogs recurrent ear infections. I've even rang a few times out of hours over my dog and the advice they give is second to none, I've been able to pick up emergency medication from them on a Sunday. Amazing service as always. Great practice. The vets listen to my concerns and explain all the options thoroughly and carefully. I also love that it is an independent practice and I can always request the same vet for each visit. Would recommend to anyone. The reception staff are also polite and amazing and go out of their way to assist in any way possible.

Henlow have always been amazingly helpful for me with wildlife cases, in particular nurse Becky who has given invaluable help and advice with wild pigeons I've found who needed help. So many practices don't help wildlife so I'm really grateful for you guys. Thank you. :)

We have always had a fantastic experience at Henlow vets. Since moving to the area 2.5 years ago they have looked after all of our cats. From Kitten vaccinations & neutering to dental care & even end of life care leading up to loosing our older cat more recently. The team are friendly, kind, understanding & professional. Henlow vets is not our local vets, yet we choose to use them for our beloved dogs initially due to their positive reputation. It’s the best decision we made. I cannot recommend this vets highly enough. From amazing, kind and compassionate reception staff and nurses to brilliant vets we couldn’t be happier trusting Henlow with our 3 dogs.
