As an owner of a very anxious dog, moving vets a couple of years ago was a daunting experience, especially after our negative experience with a well known high street vet. However, the staff at Pet Practice quickly reassured us that moving was the correct decision.
They quickly realised the anxious nature of our dog and put steps in place to reassure him so that he was comfortable with visiting the vets, which wasn't the case with the previous vets. The staff bent over backwards to accommodate our dogs needs. After arranging happy visits, and building trust with not only the vets, but the vetinary nurses (especially Carrie) and reception staff our dog has now done a complete 180 in his attitude to visiting the vets. This means that annual checkups, vaccinations and a recent op were carried out with little apprehension on our part.
I could sing the staffs praises all day long, and I only wish we moved vets sooner.
We’ve only visited three times so far and each time we get a friendly welcome from reception and vet. We didn’t have to wait long to get an appointment and are always seen on time. Very pleased with this practice and would recommend.
I always recommend Pets Practice Romsey. Murphy is here a lot! And he loves the place, he always seen quickly and I always feel at ease with the answers even though sometimes they are not what you want to hear. Lovely place and lovely staff
The staff are always really friendly and helpful and the Practice has a calming environment. My cat is always greeted by name, comforted and settled before being examined.
