You are always made to feel welcome . David was very good checking our two Cock Spaniels for their yearly check and vaccinations. He was very helpful. Nothing was too much trouble. The reception staff are also very friendly and helpful as well.

Very friendly and professional. My dog has got separation anxiety and had a procedure- must to stay without me at with them .I’m impressed how good they are and nicely surprised.

Such a kind and professional team. Our vet David really Knows his stuff. He won't upsell you for profit, he's very realistic about the chance of treatments working and your options. Very kind, not snobby or superior at all! My boys get lots of attention at the vets 🥰

I have always received excellent service at Downland (and previously Lemon Grove) veterinary practice.
The staff are always pleasant and professional.
David, the vet, always treats our dog with care and explains all options available to us in great detail. I am grateful to attend such a supportive team with our much-loved pet!
