This practice and their practice in Gosport have cared for my dog Milo for the last 11 years. Sadly we said goodbye to him on 23 September '24 at the grand old age of 16. I'm taking this opportunity to thank the vets, nurses and support staff for all their great work over the years. I'm very thankful for your service; thanks very much 👏.

On site parking, easy access, within village shops, Very friendly and supportive staff. Appointments easy to book and reminders received. My pet and I are made to feel welcome and valued. My pet is well cared for and I always feel the best options and solutions are offered. Nurses and vets always answer queries clearly and no question is a silly question. It is clear how much they love animals. As a member of the Healthy Pet Club I receive absolute value for money. Nothing is too much trouble.

Recently had to bring my 22 year old cat in for an emergency appointment, due to her not eating and having trouble walking. We unfortunately had to have her put to sleep, but the vet (I believe her name was Amy) was very empathetic, reassured us that it was quick and painless, and talked us through exactly what would happen. It was a very hard thing to do, but the whole team did their best to make it easier. Thank you again.

We took our cat in for her first vaccines, health check and microchip. The vet, David, was very kind and gentle with Estella. Estella stayed calm as a result and the appointment went well, very officiant. The nurse who helped hopd Estella was fantastic also.

I really recommend this vets! They showed such care when my cat was unwell recently. The vet Samson was fantastic, really knowledgable & explained everything carefully, he also phoned me at home to see how things were going & got me to send pictures so he could check things, he just seemed to genuinely care. The women on the front desk were also brilliant, they were really caring & friendly & they helped me with my insurance & financial worries as I’d never had to use it before, but they made it all straight forward & we’re really understanding. I just want to say a big thank you!

Cannot recommend this vets enough. Our Lurcher Merida has had two very awkward surgeries, one to her leg and one to her tail. She has recovered well from both due to the expertise of Becky and the team there. They are really wonderful and experienced.

Undergoing expansion at the moment so it is a bit cramped when completed it will undoutably be a great improvement. Staff are very friendly and attentive,the service was great would definatly recomend.

I rang today for an appointment to have one of my cats put to sleep. As awful as the situation was, I really cannot impress just how great their service was. They were all amazing from the start, from booking in, to going through the process of euthanasia. Such a wonderful set up, such wonderful staff. Sorry, the only one whose name I remember is Ali, the vet. He was lovely. I cannot recommend this vets enough. A very positive experience from a horrid situation. Thank you all so very very much.

My dog has been a patient here 8 years, there seems to have been changes here for the better in regards to service and experience and compliance. Very satisfied compared to when we first come out of covid.

Sadly I had to put my dog to sleep. I was dreading it. But despite the painful loss of my dear companion, I am glad I chose to have it done at Jollyes. The level of sympathy and professional care was outstanding. They were sensitive to both me and my dog's needs before we even left the car, and I could not have asked for a better service through the entire process. Years ago I had to put a dog down at another vet, and I was traumatized by the event. At Jollyes their service was beyond my hopes and expectations and I am very grateful to them. Popped in one evening to buy a Halti for our Grandpup, member of staff, Nikki, was helping another lady choose a harness and ensuring it fitted the dog properly. We decided to wait to see if she could help us. When it was our turn she was amazing, recommended a lead that they currently don't sell so googled where we could get it from and offered for us to go back so she could fit it with a new harness. We returned a couple of nights later when we knew she was working. Nikki fitted the harness and gentle leader and gave us recommendations which we went with, she then let us take him outside to try and the results were incredible. Before our grandpup would have our arm out of our socket walking him and now as a result of her advice he trots beautifully next to us. Nikki was friendly, knowledgeable and so very patient and kind. She asked us to take him back in a few weeks so she could see the difference in him again, which we certainly will. Incredible service, thank you so much Nikki, Rodney and we are very grateful we can now enjoy lovely long calm walks together.

Really knowledgeable staff member and very helpful. Purchased two rats for my daughter this afternoon. We recently adopted a British bulldog and booked him in with Kira for a bath and brush. We had no idea how he would be as he is frightened of his own shadow. Kira was amazing with him and took such great care of him, he loved every minute. We will definitely be booking him in on a regular basis with her.

I liked the young lady on reception although I feel that she is more than a receptionist her knowledge is great I also like the drs contacting you to keep you informed and the nurse after care also excellent she is resting at home although the cone she's not happy with thankyou all excellent service love from pippa x

I recently visited an out-of-hours vet clinic and was incredibly impressed by the experience, especially with the care and compassion provided by the vet on duty. From the moment we walked in, she made us feel supported and reassured, even though it was late and I was anxious about my dog’s condition. She took the time to thoroughly examine my dog, explaining every step of the process in a way that was easy to understand. She also went over the treatment options in detail, making sure I understood what was going on and what the next steps would be. I left feeling well-informed and reassured that my dog was in good hands. It was obvious that she genuinely cared about my dog’s well-being, which meant the world to me. Her kindness, coupled with her expertise, made an anxious experience much more bearable. I would highly recommend this vet clinic to anyone in need of compassionate, knowledgeable care, especially during those worrying out-of-hours moments.

Vets Now had our dog overnight for two nights due to diabetic ketoacidosis and they gave a completely compassionate and professional service. The vet, Mark M, was world class and left us completely reassured our pet was in the best hands she could be. We cannot thank Mark and the staff at Vets Now enough for the care they provided and the warmth of service at all times.

Our jack Russell Rodney was out on a walk when something spooked him and he bolted. Scared he ran across a road and was hit on his back left quarter by a car a lovely lady witnessed it. Scooped him up and took him to vets now. Who checked him over and thankfully all was OK. He has his microchip. So they called (we were in Turkey) and our friends went and collected him. All safe and sound. Lovely caring people. The vet called a little later on to tell us what had happened. And all this was at no charge. But it's an eye opener to how important it is to have your pets microchiped. !! Highly recommend these wonderful people

The most compassionate, friendly and helpful vets I've ever dealt with. They were sympathetic and kind when we had to say goodbye to our elderly cat unexpectedly and gave us all the options, explaining everything whilst giving us time to process any decisions. We even got a sympathy card through the post a a week or so later, which really meant a lot. Can't recommend them high enough.

Was referred for an emergency appointment for my little chihuahua that had a piece of wood embedded in his eye ball and unfortunately had to have surgery. Anna, the ophthalmologist was reassuring and really nice and done a great job with him. Everyone from the nurses to the receptionists were friendly and helpful. They helped with with the insurance side of it as well, which I am grateful for. Would definitely recommend them.

Our pug had to have an emergency operation due to an ulcer on her eye. She was seen the very next day after a referral from our vets. All of the staff from the surgeon to the receptions were brilliant. I was very worried about our dog as well as claiming on insurance for the very first time. They made me feel at ease, explained all options and gave clear instructions for her recovery. Can’t thank everyone enough!

We took our large Bouvier de Flanders to the vet, very ill at a nine we thought the worst. We saw Paula, we have had pets for many years, but Paula did an examination of Poppy, who due to her size is not an easy dog to examine, but we have never seen a vet undertake such a thorough examination. Also the diagnosis was difficult to find, so Paula sought a second opinion. Also towards the end of the consultation Paula gave us three answers to the illness, then on top of that asked how our financial position a gave us three options of cost. Normally we would get a referral and a huge bill. We chose what option to take, then Paula gave us the medication and said she would call us for an update. We will always ask for Paula in the future. Thank you Paula.👏👏👏👏

Wanted to mention and thank Seadown Vet Shafak for being so thorough in looking after our beloved cat Munchie. After several weeks of issues with a non- healing wound to his tail Shafak managed to find the cause..a broken tooth that had caused a mouth abcess. It would appear this caused Munchie to start attacking his tail to distract from his painful mouth. It is thanks to Shafak Munchie is finally on the mend. Shafak: you are a credit to your profession and to the Seadown Hythe team! Many thanks again, Yvonne, Steve and Munchie
