This practice and their practice in Gosport have cared for my dog Milo for the last 11 years. Sadly we said goodbye to him on 23 September '24 at the grand old age of 16. Recently had to bring my 22 year old cat in for an emergency appointment, due to her not eating and having trouble walking. We unfortunately had to have her put to sleep, but the vet (I believe her name was Amy) was very empathetic, reassured us that it was quick and painless, and talked us through exactly what would happen. It was a very hard thing to do, but the whole team did their best to make it easier. Thank you again.
On site parking, easy access, within village shops, Very friendly and supportive staff. Appointments easy to book and reminders received. My pet and I are made to feel welcome and valued. My pet is well cared for and I always feel the best options and solutions are offered. Nurses and vets always answer queries clearly and no question is a silly question. It is clear how much they love animals. As a member of the Healthy Pet Club I receive absolute value for money. Nothing is too much trouble.
