Just visit clinic today with our Rabbit and want to say a big thank you to all team , Dr.Holly absolutely professional and see the problem straight away and done good checking of body , girls from reception very helpful ) We are visit 3 clinic before this clinic and everyone just don’t know what’s happen with our pet and not prescribe even antibiotics!

The best local vets. Had to change from previous vets in Bordon due to lack of care for my three dogs and two guinea pigs, and Shortheath are a class above the rest. Genuine care for my furry family. Had a bit of an issue with having to ask four times for a private prescription, but their care since has more than made up for that.
From the moment I called to request an appt for my cat who has had an acute turn of suddenly not feeling himself, both my cat and I have been well cared for. From Sarah in reception to Lucy the practice manager with a slight and unusual admin hiccup that was swiftly corrected and to Ewa who has shown great attention to detail in caring for my feline as well as putting my mind at ease with regular and compassionate updates. I have every faith that everything possible in the best interests of my cat's welfare is & will be carried out. Thank you
