I brought my cat, Lily, in for Her first Vaccination and Check-up visit yesterday, and I couldn’t be more impressed with the care and professionalism we experienced. From the moment we walked in, Receptionist Maria greeted us warmly and made the check-in process seamless. Manager Isabella was attentive and ensured everything ran smoothly, creating a welcoming environment. Vet Raquel was outstanding—her gentle and caring approach with Lily put us both at ease. She took the time to explain every detail of Lily’s checkup, addressing all my concerns with patience and expertise. Thank you to the whole team for making this a stress-free visit! Highly recommend this clinic!
Took both my dogs to get their nails clipped. 1 of them is an extremely nervous dog. Megan (head groomer) came out and she was absolutely fantastic with her. Megan really knows her stuff. I was that confident and comfortable with her and so was my dog that i then booked my nervous dog in for a full groom with Megan.
Megan will now be my chosen groomer as i give her 11 out of 10. Can't recommend Megan enough.

I’ve been bringing my Meli (2 year old Maltipoo) to Paws in the City since I got him, and I couldn’t be happier with their services. What truly stands out is their friendly and caring attitude, which makes every visit a positive experience. At the Greenford branch, Lorraine is nothing short of amazing! She’s an exceptional groomer who always goes above and beyond to ensure Meli is well taken care of. Her attention to detail and genuine love for animals shine through in everything she does. I couldn’t be happier with the grooming service for my dog, Bella! The team was incredibly gentle and attentive, making sure my pup was comfortable throughout the entire process. They really took the time to understand her grooming needs, and the results were fantastic – her coat was soft, shiny, and perfectly trimmed.
