I honestly cannot recommend Serenity Vets enough. Losing my 17 year old dog Norman has been heartbreaking for me and my family but Serenity Vets made the whole process as calm, dignified and comfortable for Norman as possible. The vet who came to our home to help Norm onto his last journey was kind and respectful and we didn't feel rushed in any way at all. We decided to have Norm individually cremated through the Vets and part of this meant they also brought Norm's ashes back to us, along with the blanket he was wrapped in when he passed away and also a lovely hand written card which was an unexpected kindness. I just want to say thank you from the bottom of my heart for helping us to make sure Norm felt loved and safe in his final moments. Your professionalism and kindness will stay with me forever. Our furby baby, Barney , left us a week ago to go over the Rainbow Bridge. Cannot thank Vicky enough for making his journey over the bridge as peaceful, calm, pain free and comfortable as possible. Barney's ashes have been returned to us in a timely manner. Cannot recommend this service enough. Thank you Vicky.

I cannot thank serenity vets services enough. My fur baby of almost 17 years passed over rainbow bridge on Friday 17th January 2025 and the empathy and compassion that Vicky showed was second to none. She explained everything about what would happen and nothing was rushed, it was all in our time. As with most pet owners that have to euthanise their beloved pet I was guilt ridden but she even said she thought it was the right time. I cannot put into words all the things I want to say but if anyone ever asked me for recommendations I would say 100% these Thank you for making the most horrible decision and situation bearable
