Very helpful when we (not local to the area) appeared early yesterday morning with a lost dog. They very quickly found the owner and we left Seb in their capable hands until his owner arrived. Lovely practice with lovely staff.
It’s a very sad time, and stressful, when a much loved dog has to be put to sleep. Recently, this happened to us, and because I was stressed, I forgot to thank the gentle lady vet for her kindness. So thank you for helping us (dogs name : Lily, 11.09.24)
Despite the sad circumstances of bringing my cat to this veterinary clinic as an emergency, I was extremely impressed with the care and professionalism shown by the staff.
Although my cat was ultimately too ill to recover and had to be put down, the staff were incredibly compassionate and understanding throughout the entire process.
They explained everything clearly and provided comfort during a difficult time. I am grateful for their exceptional service and would highly recommend this clinic to anyone in need of veterinary care.
Following Covid measures means having to hand your dog over and wait outside. Luckily Muppet is fond of the staff at R,B&B so no problems. I had a phone call for an in-depth discussion with the vet which ended with a satisfactory treatment plan.
Dudley Cat will just about tolerate you, but I think your service is amazing. Always thorough & talk me through everything. I feel at ease knowing Dudley is well looked after. :)
