Absolutely amazing, the receptionist was so kind! I just rescued a kitten, and I needed to get him checked, they got me an appointment the same day! Was really really impressed!
Very kind. Everyone was very polite. The staff answered my every question. And when it came to putting my pet to sleep they were very considerate and sympathetic I new she was given the best care up to the end and after.
I required an emergency appointment for my gorgeous but very poorly cat. They were the only emergency vets around when we needed one.
My boy had to be put down but I was so impressed by the staff's kindness, efficiency, communication and knowledge and understanding that I have now registered my two new furbabies with them and taken the pet care plan.
Thank you so much to vets Jenny and Emma for giving my boy such good quality care. You were there when he needed you and all your staff were there for me too.
