Our furby baby, Barney , left us a week ago to go over the Rainbow Bridge. Cannot thank Vicky enough for making his journey over the bridge as peaceful, calm, pain free and comfortable as possible. Barney's ashes have been returned to us in a timely manner. Cannot recommend this service enough. Thank you Vicky.

I cannot thank serenity vets services enough. My fur baby of almost 17 years passed over rainbow bridge on Friday 17th January 2025 and the empathy and compassion that Vicky showed was second to none. She explained everything about what would happen and nothing was rushed, it was all in our time. As with most pet owners that have to euthanise their beloved pet I was guilt ridden but she even said she thought it was the right time. I cannot put into words all the things I want to say but if anyone ever asked me for recommendations I would say 100% these Thank you for making the most horrible decision and situation bearable

I honestly cannot recommend Serenity Vets enough. Losing my 17 year old dog Norman has been heartbreaking for me and my family but Serenity Vets made the whole process as calm, dignified and comfortable for Norman as possible. The vet who came to our home to help Norm onto his last journey was kind and respectful and we didn't feel rushed in any way at all. We decided to have Norm individually cremated through the Vets and part of this meant they also brought Norm's ashes back to us, along with the blanket he was wrapped in when he passed away and also a lovely hand written card which was an unexpected kindness. I just want to say thank you from the bottom of my heart for helping us to make sure Norm felt loved and safe in his final moments. Your professionalism and kindness will stay with me forever. I just want to say thank you to all of the wonderful compassionate team at Serenity Vet Services. It’s taken me a while to write this but I’m finally coming to terms with the loss of my baby bear, Echo. Your lovely vet who made the process as nice as possible, then taking care of my boy afterwards, wrapping him in blankets, as well as the amazing caring team arranging his cremation and bringing his ashes safely back to us at home a few days later along with his footprints and a handwritten card which was so so thoughtful. I’m so grateful that your service exists because it made what was the worst day of our lives as peaceful for us as it could be. There’s not a day that goes by that I don’t think of him, it breaks me, but then I think about the way he got to drift peacefully and happy at home with no zero stress, and his sister(our other dog) got to be next to him and it could put her mind at ease knowing he hadn’t just left the house one day and left her. And the fact that now me and my family can think about that moment and not be distraught but instead be at peace because of your service, is ultimately such a beautiful thing. Thank you again.
