Had a desperate emergency , our beautiful cat had collapsed and was clearly in a lot of pain , rang in panic and they advised immediately and we rushed him there , their care and compassion was exceptional and so kind , thoughtful.
The outcome was the worst possible we could imagine but both Lauren and Charlotte could not have done any more, truly exceptional care and kindness.
In such an awful situation they helped immensely, which I was unable to convey my gratitude fully due to the loss.

We were seen promptly on a Sunday night and vet took full care of our dog. All very attentively, patiently and kindly. Great reassurance and really appreciate the immediate assistance.
My dog ingested a lot of seaweed and was rushed to the practice and my dog would not allow the vets to examine her but they did everything possible considering the behaviourof my dog stella i was give advice and some pro kolin paste and i think it has helped i cant thank the staff enough thank you especially the lady that first triaged my dog i do apologise and thank you
