Everyone is so polite, friendly, attentive, professional and truly so caring. My cats are almost 17 and Nicki and her staff are just so wonderful. You can tell your pet isn't a number here, everyone is considerate and kind.
Whether it's giving them a call, contacting on WhatsApp or the team being able to manage speaking to various members of my family about the same issue, everyone is so patient and gives us the best advice (we often have so many questions given our cats are getting older).
We love you and we are so grateful for you!

I have been bringing my little dog to this practice for around 10 years now and have recommended it to everyone I know that has a pet. The staff are the most attentive, caring, loving, professional people I have ever come across. It is not just a job for them they love every pet that comes into the door, as if it was their own. Nicky the vet has been with us through every incident, and every appointment with our pet until the end last week when we sadly had to put our dog Chloe down due to an ongoing illness. Nicky held our hands through everything and cried with us as a little girl passed away. I cannot recommend this practice and Nicky and the team enough.

We recently moved into the area, and when a third stray kitty adopted us a couple of months in, I brought him to this wonderful vet practice. They checked him for a microchip for free and without requiring an appointment, which was so helpful. Later, I returned to have him neutered. Despite Walter having a little nervous accident both times, the team was kind and understanding throughout and also, kept in touch to let me know how everything went. It is such a relief to have such a caring and professional team to look after our cats - thanks so much to you all! 😊

I recently brought my 4 month old kitten in after rescuing him from a neglectful situation. I messaged the vet via WhatsApp, who gave me advice and much needed reassurance, and he was booked in for a check up a day later. All staff were so compassionate and friendly, even giving kitty some much needed TLC and a cuddle. We also have another, older cat who has been going to this vet for 5+ years after the cat redistribution system chose us! Kitty has now had all his vaccinations here, including deworming and flea treatment and he is pending his neutering which will be booked in shortly. I must express how great it is to see professionals who show care and attention to our cats, gentle handling and taking time to stroke and make our cats feel comfortable in their care.
