It's a lovely practice and the Vets are the best. It's just the fees which all practice's follow except for a small minority. I would hate to leave this place. But if I could find somewhere cheaper and as good then I would..

Totally cat friendly, cat only clinic , super vets and staff , 5*veterinary care . I wouldnt take my cats anywhere else .
I totally trust these vets to take care if my precious cats .
Cannot fault them.
Pet plan they offer is just right for my own cats .
Regular check ups, longer appointments and stress free waiting room.
If you have cats in North Staffordshire , this clinic is superb , and well worth travelling too for
5* feline veterinary care .

Recently moved to the area and signed my 7 year old cat up to the pet health club at the Lime tree cat clinic. It’s a great plan that allows me to keep up with vaccinations and health checks.
My cat doesn’t have much experience going to the vets but all I can say is during each visit the staff have been absolutely fantastic.

The receptionist is kind and helpful, the veterinary nurses were also fabulous and thorough in the appointments.

I would never take a pet cat to another clinic/vets now. I’m confident in the quality of care and service that they provide. Thank you all for being so wonderful in a place that can sometimes cause anxiety to pets and their owners!

As a suggestion, it might be helpful for pet owners if, in cases where no additional treatment or follow-up is required, the consultation fee could be reduced or reconsidered. This could make pet care more accessible and encourage pet owners to seek preventive consultations more willingly.

Lovely cat clinic, out of the way and looks lovely inside, The vet was amazing and very thorough and it was Lime tree vets that helped to save my pets life when another vets gave an overdose of anesthetic. He had almost no chance of survival but they did apsalutly everything they possibly could and went above and beyond for him having him in intensive care for a week with someone watching him 24/7. Never once suggested putting him to sleep. What started off as a very poor prognosis ended up in him making a full recovery will no long term reprocussions. He is now a happy healthy 2 year old with a full life ahead of him. I will trust these vets indefinitely now.
