Amazing vets. I moved from another vets to these, and am so glad. Very caring staff. Vets who put the animals needs before money. Never had an issue getting an appointment, and usually got a same or next day appointment when I've had concerns.

Have recently transferred to this vets after several recommendations from family and friends. Have only been once so far but all the receptionists/nurses and vets seem very friendly and knowledgeable. They seem to really care about your animals welfare rather than making money selling you things you don't need.

Probably the best independent vet in the Ashford area. They look after your pet like it's their own with no conglomerate overpriced fees. Highly recommend

It was with great sadness that I had to attend the vet, but the vet that I saw was so kind, caring and understanding. Did not rush me in this sad time and he treated me and my poor little dog Banjo, with the utmost care and dignity and was so understanding how I felt and loss that I felt with having to put Banjo to sleep, I was not rushed and everything was explained to me as we went and my heartbreaking decision was not rushed. I thank you for the care and dignity that you showed at that time. Banjo is at peace over the rainbow running free in no pain.

After having seen several negative reviews I feel the need to add my view. Both my previous dog and my current one have had the utmost care from all of the staff at this practice. They have worked with me to find the best treatment at the time and they have actually saved me money on various occasions. All of the staff are caring and compassionate and will do everything they can to make sure my dog was/is given the best treatment possible . I can only say what my experiences have been but I am completely satisfied they have given 110% regarding the welfare of my animals.
