The staff at chapel house vets are always very helpful, polite, friendly and genuinely care for you and especially your pets. They go above and beyond to make sure that you are at ease.

First visit to the vets for my new puppy couldn't have gone smoother! He never even flinched and left the vets happier than when he went in! All the staff were friendly and polite, and the nurses/vets were so caring, friendly and loving. The appointment came through very quickly and with the pet care plan, it's all fantastic value for money! Highly recommend this surgery.

Absolutely wonderful cannot fault them. From bringing my cat Rosie in to the unfortunate of her passing. They were brilliant from start to finish kept me updated with Rosie health. Thank you from the bottom of my heart . I definitely 100 percent recommend these vets.

Yesterday was a very sad day for us but supported by Michelle on the phone and vet Helen the day was a little more bearable. HOWEVER one of the reception staff snapped at us to get the dog off the furniture. Its a vets.. he was a 16 year old Jack Russell not an elephant. That is perhaps what we will remember of the day and feeling that our best friend wasnt alowed to be free wirh us in his last moments. She really had no empathy what so ever. Sge should not be customer facing with that attitude Perhaps not a 15 minute delay in the waiting room a little private time an in a room away from waiting room might be something to think about for future care of end of life much loved pets
