We can’t praise Southill vets practice enough. We had an emergency with our cat last Sunday and the care given to her (and us) was amazing. Special praise to Charlotte Kelham, who ensured our cat was made comfortable, before arranging admission to Langford Vets in Bristol that afternoon for emergency surgery. All the staff we have contact with, including the receptionists, show such care, we really feel lucky to have such a wonderful practice

Very professional team who treated our elderly cat quickly and kindly taking time to do the correct diagnostic tests and swiftly making the right diagnosis. They helped us with the insurance claim and I feel sure they will be as efficient with the ongoing treatment.

Took my cat Willow to Southill Vets (Gillingham) and the reception lady was lovely as was the vet. Both utterly professional, friendly and very welcoming. Thank you - great service 🙏🏻

Would highly recommend the guys at turnpike. My 5 month old. Cockapoo absolutely enjoyed his time at the kennels. . The needs of the dogs are second to none . Clean kennels. Great. Owners . And they put your mind at ease . First time putting my dog in kennels. I didn’t need to worry. I would recommend. Turnpike to anyone .

Always a pleasure to deal with the team at Turnpike. Have used them for nearly 20 years now, first looking after our Lhasa Aphso dog and now our British Short-hair cat. Trial runs are always advised when you first start out to make sure your pet , gets used to the fact that your coming back and helps calm them for longer stays.

My dog Blossom goes here 3 time a week daytime only. They are absolutely wonderful and my dog loves everyone who work there. They genuinely love the animals they look after. It was such a relief for me to leave my dog somewhere safe and well looked after while I'm at work. Highly recommend the Turnpike Kennels and Cattery.

Extremely helpful..... Have a nervous 46kg rottweiler that needs medication and handling with care when visiting vets... The 2 young nurses that dealt with me were amazing........ They made me feel at ease which helped my girl to be at ease they came out to car to give her some sleepy meds then took her into a dark room to drift off. I was updated on her progress, fantastic service
