Lovely vets. My dog has, unfortunately, needed a lot of various treatments over the last few years and I have been completely happy each and every time. All the staff are very friendly, helpful, kind, considerate and knowledgeable. I feel confident that the care they give my dog is as good as I could ever hope for.

We took our Labrador for a lap spay 2 weeks ago. Everything from the preop consultation, procedure and 2 after care appointments has been first class. Very friendly, approachable staff. Thank you for taking such good care of Millie, highly recommended.

Visited the clinic for my dog's annual checkup, booster and kennel cough vaccine, everything went well, all spaces are exemplary clean and everyone was friendly. Me and Max left the clinic happy, thanks everyone.

All staff are fabulous! There receptionists are pleasant to talk to and kind. The nursing staff are second to none. The veterinary surgeons are professional, caring, very knowledgeable, gentle and sympathetic. Our cats have had more than 9 lives because of these people. Veterinary surgeon Modestas has known our cats for over 16 years. He has nurtured and loved our twin gingers and saved Sox many times with his fantastic knowledge of medication and procedures since he was 2 years old. We are so very grateful for everything he has done. We recently sadly, said goodbye to Sox. The care and respect for him and us was very touching. We can, without any hesitation recommend Kingston Vets in Yeovil.

The best vets around! All members of the team have been so kind and helpful. I've called the nurses for advice and they've listened and been so informative, the vets never make us feel rushed and were so patient with us when I first brought my rescue dog to them. The receptionists are lovely too - giving me plenty of reassurance when I was worried about my dog having to go inside by himself during Covid restrictions

Unfortunately our hamster had to get put to sleep. Rian was so lovely about it and my 9 year old son received a card and some seeds to sprinkle on where Bubbles was buried. Such a thoughtful thing to do. They have also always been amazing with our dog he seems to now be bionic !!

A wonderful clinic. My golden retriever was unwell but the reasons were not obvious. Gila took a complete history and examined him thoroughly. Her manner was gentle and reassuring and my dog relaxed as if with an old friend. At this clinic you'll find a group of very special people who care about animals and make the decisions that are best for them. Thank you Gila and thank you Friars Moor. (The staff are also very kind on the phone and go out of their way to help.)

Excellent vets. Can't fault them. I used them as a second opinion as my existing vet couldn't see what was wrong with my cat who wasn't eating. They immediately found the problem and operated on his infected gums and removed the infected teeth that day and effectively saved his life. We also used them on our dog for an endoscopic spay operation. Our dog was up and about that afternoon! It was fantastic. I definitely feel our pets are in good hands when they go to Longmead. Thank you.

First Time of attending Longmead Vets at Wincanton with Buddy our Collie and guess what we were late, due to all-sorts of traffic problems!! We rang their reception to tell of our woes and were greeted with a really friendly can do attitude from the receptionist who assured us that our appointment was not lost. On arrival at this modern spacious clinic our Vet was so nice , she did not rush us and was helpful in answering all our questions fully. What a great experience! I was made very welcome indeed on my first visit last week, the receptionist was very knowledgeable, helpful, and above all very pleasant indeed. After bringing our Puppy in for a checkover prior to his vaccinations yesterday, the vet I met was as pleasant, professional, and knowledgeable as the previous staff I had met. It is a pleasure to come across establishments such as this, I recommend Shreen Vets wholeheartedly.

Such an excellent Veterinary Service for my 2 mischievous Labradors (pics provided). Both get into all sorts of things, as any Labrador owner understands. They are very accomodating when 1 of them needs to see a Vet. All staff are very friendly & polite and go beyond to provide excellent care and seem to love the animals that visit plus calm for any nervous of the vet visit pet. The Clinic is always clean & smell free, Consulting rooms are spacious for any sized dog or other pet. It is with GREAT THANKS to Vet Nurse Holly in advising on diets for both my Labradors (espcially the yellow 1 in the pic). When ever I speak or inform people that have other Vets I speak very highly of Shreen Vets.

A very clean and professional environment. The first points of contact, the receptionists were very polite and efficient. When we met Alba (surgeon) and her assistant, I was super impressed by how polite and thorough they were. I feel more than reassured that she will carry out the surgery on my hound to a high standard. I will report back after this is done shortly. The practice has plenty of parking, along with a number of disabled bays. The appearance of the practice is maintained to a high standard. Oh, and I nearly forgot there is a free tea and coffee bar with biscuits available 😋

My gorgeous baby Luna had BOAS surgery and she was spayed in the same day; Dr Diogo it’s a brilliant vet! He and the team took care of her soo well! Caroline gave me all the support and she made sure Luna received all the attention there! On the 3rd day Luna was back to normal despite she had all these procedures done in few hours! Thank you for taking care of my baby!

Recently took my cat here after a referral from my vet. My cat looked ok and was eating and my vet picked up an irregular heartbeat.The day I took him I was not expecting to be told he either needs putting to sleep that day or a procedure to help him as it was worse than we thought. We chose the procedure. Alice the Specialist was lovely and talked me through everything throughout the whole process and other members of staff I saw were also friendly and helpful. I now have my precious boy back thanks to Alice and her team so can't thank them enough for giving me more time with my little boy.

We can’t praise Southill vets practice enough. We had an emergency with our cat last Sunday and the care given to her (and us) was amazing. Special praise to Charlotte Kelham, who ensured our cat was made comfortable, before arranging admission to Langford Vets in Bristol that afternoon for emergency surgery. All the staff we have contact with, including the receptionists, show such care, we really feel lucky to have such a wonderful practice

Since I first enlisted the care and attention this veterinary process gives is phenomenal. They took fantastic care of my mums dog and handled her with care and sensitivity. Unfortunately, my mums dog Roma had to be laid to rest and The Kingston Veterinary helped her to rest. After a couple of weeks they even sent my mum a sympathy card and some plant seeds so that roma could live on through the life of the earth and have a beautiful remembrance. Great to have such a qualified and experienced rabbit and exotics vet as Lynn at Longmead as we used to have to travel a long distance to have our bunnies and tortoise seen. Have also just started moving other animals over (we use different practices depending on species) and are now also very happy with our experience here with a cat with severe issues.
