The vet is lovely very patient with people at very sad times of their lives. Never had problem booking appointments and emergency treatment can't fault the service. Receptionist are lovely and friendly and always smiling and chatty.

Great place to take your loved ones to for easy service, great care and attention. Stefan and the team are always available to see you and somehow manage to fit you in - especially when it's a potential emergency. Been through just about everything with them, from start of life to end of life and everything in between and they're part of our family now!

My beautiful baby cane corso Skye was treated by priory today, she had a laparoscopic (key hole) spray. From the minute I dropped her off to the minute I picked her up she was cared for. Thank you to all the nurses and vets involved today. Special thanks to Lillie for looking after her post op. I was such a nervous wreck and I couldn’t have trusted anyone else to do this. There isn’t a price on the love a dog gives you. They also checked her ears for me and sent off some swabs to find out what infection she has, and gave her a steroid cream to help her, again very grateful. I have a sleepy, whiny girl but she is on the road to recovering and I’m pleased she is home and the op went well. Thank you also to the nurses at highcliffe. I have been with priory for nearly a year and I wouldn’t go anywhere else. Thank you.

I would like to thank Priory for their fast-and efficient care to my dog Wellow , not knowing she was very ill , just a bit off colour , we booked an appointment with the practice, the vet explained she was very anaemic, after being advised to go to Christchurch at once, she was seen at once , i left without the dog for the vets to investigate the problem, they advised me after a short time that a large operation was required it was serious and being a older dog there was a high risk we could lose her but she made it through, her aftercare and communication was truly excellent , theres nothing i can fault them for, so a very big thanks to all concerned . We sadly had our darling black Labrador Winnie put to sleep at the Priory Vet Hospital in Christchurch last Sunday whilst we were staying at our holiday home. Everyone was amazing from start to finish, the Vet and nurse were very kind and compassionate and made our experience as peaceful as possible.. The after care has been brilliant too with excellent service from staff over the phone and by email. I would thoroughly recommend Priory Vets!

I cannot rate Priory Vets high enough. Our cavalier KC has had so much fond love and attention from them since we brought him home as a 4 week old puppy. He has had his issues but he has been cared for by experts in each field who have shown him nothing but love and skilled attention. There is no doubt that he has reached "old age" thanks to them They are doing everything possible to care further for him and I cannot recommend them highly enough.

A very bright and clean professional vet service,. As part of the Priory group I expected it to be good and it was plus a little. The receptionist really loved my dogs and was great even when one of them wet the desk. The vet I saw was young but very knowledgeable. I took three dogs each with different issues and he took it in his stride and my dogs were not bothered by him at all, a good sign. Small car park at rear or cheap pay and display next to the surgery. Very willing to use again.

Such a brilliant vets, always so kind and friendly. I have used them since my 14 year old dog was a pup and am really impressed by the service, appointment availability, reasonable prices and such a lovely team. Special mention to Kyla on reception who was great with her recommendations of a monthly plan which saved me so much money compared to what I was going to pay! Great all round.

I think these vets are excellent as well as the nurses being very knowledgeable. Although it was a family members cat that I took several times I wouldn't hesitate to take my own animals there. They are all obviously great animal lovers who treat their patents exceptionally well..

This morning I had an emergency with my mum's cat in Christchurch and I live in Bristol. I drove very early to be in Christchurch at 8.00am. Mum's normal vet were quite unhelpful. I had not been alerted to the problem until late yesterday afternoon so couldn't phone before I left. The reception team at Vets4Pets were outstanding and immediately helpful and very sympathetic to my situation and urgency. We were seen by Hattie and she was absolutely amazing, very knowledgeable and quickly sorted out the cat's discomfort. She was very reassuring and I have now transferred the cat to Vets4Pets

Had no immediate appointments as non emergeny, advised me to call back next day which I did. Friendly staff gave me an option for appointment times within next 2 hours. My pet was seen promptly and thoroughly checked over by vet. We discussed his condition and medication prescribed. when I returned next day to collect some outstanding medication, I was asked how my pet was, by name! 😍 🤗

This a well organised, friendly and efficient practice. The staff are charming and helpful. The consultants are patient and take time to explain and advise. Can’t praise them more!!

Our puppy Chase had an overnight stay at Stokewood vets and I cannot tell you how thankful I am for all the wonderful staff, especially Adrian. It is a privilege to have Chase at Stokewood. All of you did your best for him and provided high quality care and love for our Chase and I cannot thank you enough for that. These challenging times are hard for everyone but I am so appreciative for all of the staff members as it is no different for all of you doing your day to day job at the very best you can for all the pets that come your way. So thank you. I am so glad we have gone with this vets and from the bottom of my heart am so pleased with the care you gave my puppy and will forever be thankful for it. It is so surreal with everything going on but for these amazing staff members it is no different seeing as they are still working. I am so grateful their are people like all of you in these world. Have received excellent service from here - reception, nurse ans vets, especially Chris. My Chihuahua has left this world today and they were very supportive so I was able to make a selfless decision. Thank you to all.
