Our flat roof peeled off in the winds and it was only noticed after work. After ringing around, Sam and Michael came to our rescue within a very short timeframe and administered a temp fix, just using a ladder to get up there, while we planned to sort out the main fix. Later in the week, rain started coming into our house. Michael came over in the dark of the night to add tarpaulin to the roof and minimise the internal damage. Entirely grateful for their services and dedication to help out people in need.
We asked Sam for a roof assessment due to ongoing damp issues in our home. He was very professional and knowledgeable, seeing what the issue was immediately. He was able to advise and offer us option for repair, having a quote to us within a day. Sam booked us in within a few weeks and sent Michael and a labourer on the day to complete the works. The job was done efficiently and very tidily, with them staying until it was done. We have found the team at Kilpatrick & Sons to be very friendly and we are confident we will without a doubt be using their services again in the future.
