I recently used just roofing to fix a leak I had between my chimney and roof. They fixed the issue for around £200 less then I'd been quoted by the other roofing companys I'd had quote the job. As soon as they'd inspected the issue and given me the quote it was the end of the issue for me. Great lads, I highly recommend using them.

Great job by Dean and his guys to completely replace tiles, felt and flashing and some expert pointing. Quick, neat, tidy, great communication and the kind of re-assuring politeness and friendliness you want when people are in your house, especially as it is my elderly Mum’s house. The scaffolding company he employs were also top-notch: courteous and neat. Dean & Co. were appreciative of refreshments and we were particularly happy with the attention to detail, including cleaning up the site under the scaffolding every day, and at the end of the job, and cleaning velux windows inside and out once finished.

I really cannot recommend Dean and the team highly enough. Dean originally came to give us a quote to install Velux windows in a bedroom and the kitchen. These were installed quickly and efficiently and the rooms were left clean and clear at the end of the day. Over and above the original work, Dean also sorted out a condensation issue in the kitchen and fixed a leaking flat roof! The workmanship was excellent, done to time and with a reasonable budget. Dean is clearly very knowledgeable in this area. He kept us informed all the way through about the issues and what he could do to help the situation and gave us options. Graeme did an amazing job of using top quality re felt on our flat garage roof, heat-sealing it against the elements on 25 October 2013. It looks as new to this day 4 March 2021! Very tidy, efficient and with great attention to detail. I wouldn't hesitate in recommending him to anyone. First class!

Carl is courteous and professional. His men turned up, did the job fast and left no mess. There was an issue after with my hatch not shutting, which one of his men kindly tried to address even though not a carpenter. Alas not successful. We asked a few roofers to quote to redo a flat roof, some gable wall cementing and some flashing. I am pleased that we chose Carl and his team at Surrey Roofing Specialists. When Carl was assessing the problem, he suggested various alternatives rather than selecting the most expensive. He was very amenable and reactive and hence I decided to give the contract to him. Carl and team were extremely professional and just so easy to deal with - it makes such a difference when you trade with such teams. Nothing was too much trouble for them. Work was finished on time, to a high standard, clean and with very minimal disruption. I then asked for Carl and team to look at the bay window roofs, and he was back the next couple of days to complete them. I would certainly use them again and recommend them to friends.

Martin, and the team recently completely reroofed our entire house. This was necessary due to loft insulation foam putting a pause on our house sale. We were tight for time (seeking to keep our buyers interested) and so took the recommendation of using Surrey Roofs from a friend. The foam was bonded directly to the inside of the tiles so was not going to be possible to simply remove from the existing tiles.
