Alan and his team are so professional in their work and ability to make a difference with the roof. They came and stripped all the roof off then secured the pearling s which had been cut wrong and split by previous owners. We now have a beautiful slated roof and new lead bay which was also rebuilt by this team and lead so professionally fitted and welded. No more worrying about leaks or tiled roof weight. The team was always polite and respectful clearly all waste working nonstop to make everything waterproof every day. His office staff were always polite and friendly pleasure to talk with and very helpful. The whole process of a complete re roof was absolutely painless. From getting the original quote, to job completion, was so easy, because my Wife and I were kept in the loop at all times. Any questions or queries were always answered promptly by Alan or his team. The team too were beyond reproach, always punctual, polite and left the work area neat at the end of the day. The one day when rain stopped work , I was notified at 07.30, so could get on, aware that the team would not be there that day. Really could not be happier with the work carried out, new roof is a fantastic. Would not hesitate to recommend Alan Ball roofing.
