I was confident from the start that they were trustworthy and honest. Mitch and the team arrived at my home, all very pleasant and polite, a really nice group, and have done an outstanding job. They completed the works in only a couple of days, and have left the grounds etc in immaculate condition, you wouldn't even know they were there. We had our roof valley replaced, felt and battons tiles and leading replaced and the firewalls completely repaired. John and his team took pictures all over our roof so we could see for ourselves the damage. Very fast response to the initial query regarding water ingress via the flashing. Venting the loft was advised and agreed. Work started within a few days and completed in a day. The team were knowledgeable and friendly. All waste was cleaned away. Highly recommended.

He is also aware of making things as easy as possible for the client; so in planning the scaffolding he ensured I (and neighbours) still had access to our shared driveway. MAT came to look at the work, offered some good advice on what needed doing and submitted a competitive price. They also undertook to investigate some original errors in 1960s construction which have been a problem throughout the building's life. They arrived and programme and despite horrible weather, worked around the rainy days finishing in around a week. What more could you ask?

M Roofing and Building Limited , were so unlike the ‘fly by night’ contractors that swoop in after a storm and don’t do the job the right way and may not be licensed. Victor Martinez provided professional service with great looking results. Between providing a free estimate to completion of work, it was 10 days. Victor thoroughly explain the damage found via photos and the plan to repair before any work commenced. The work was done on time, and he did a great job with the clean up. I was also shown photos of my both of our roofs (house and flat roof extension), which look so much better and are now watertight. I have would highly recommend Victor. In fact, our neighbors need work done and I have passed them his information which I wouldn’t have done if I wasn’t happy with the results.

First class experience throughout with Kimber & Sons, I can’t recommend them highly enough. Firstly Karen provides an extremely professional booking service and point of contact for the initial enquiry and quotes. Stuart and his team are very friendly on-site and completed work to a high standard. They’re a well organised team and the flat roof along with chimney repairs have made a really positive difference to the leak and damp issues we were having. We had a new driveway installed, two brick walls replaced, land at rear of property transformed from wild to a lovely lawn, as well as gutter and sofet cleaning. The team were extremely professional throughout, keeping us informed with progress daily. The work crew worked hard and were early starters, remaining friendly and efficient throughout the project. The area of the property was always left tidy and safe particularly if they had to use the surrounding public path for any reason, never any concerns there and other members of the team regularly called to verify we were happy with the state of things etc. They aren’t shy of little extra bits to polish a job off either, going around the property touching up pointing and so forth to making sure they left the job in a great state. Definitely recommended.

I’ve only got good things to say about Primeline and the team. From day one of getting the quote, Michael was open and honest & with good communication throughout. The turnaround time between initial contact and the works being done was quick. We had a roof De-Moss, acid wash, guttering cleaning/rebuild and a fix for the garage roof. I’ve attached the below pictures as a reference point of just how well the roof has come up in comparison to the neighbours property. Roof looks brand new, works were quick and tidy and the team even jet washed the back patios down leaving them looking brand new

I had my old gutters replaced with new ones and hedgehogs installed on the 25/11/24. The builders were local lads with a lot of experience. They were efficent arrived on time when they said they would. They were friendly and reliable. As a serving police officer I highly recommend Micheal and his team. I contacted Michael at Primeline Roofing & Building Ltd, who came the next day to assess the damage and provide a fair price quote provided a quote to replace all my cemented ridge tiles with a mechanical fixed ridge tiles. Due to a cancelled job, Michael was able to undertake the work within a couple of Days. The Team on site were very professional, did a fantastic job, removed all the debris and left everything clean and Tidy. Would highly recommend Primeline Roofing & Building Ltd.
