We initially hired Premier Roofing and Gutters Limited to repair a leak in our bay window. Jamie quickly and efficiently assessed the roof, identifying the exact source of the leak. During the inspection, he also discovered a hole on the side of the roof and offered to clean the gutters as well. I agreed to have both issues addressed. I've dealt with a lot of roofers over the last 20yrs and I've learned that when you find a good one it's worth sticking with them. The best ones aren't the cheapest but because they do it right first time they're definitely the best value in the long run. All the above applies to Jamie and his company Premier in Oxford. Jamie diagnosed the problems, set a clear schedule and stuck by it. Was easy to work with when we encountered a few access issues to the neighbours to put up scaffolding. I am a retired Construction Project Manager and have experience of working with many different roofing contractors of different types and sizes. I have found Premier Roofing to be very pro-active, knowledgeable and helpful from the first meeting with them until completion of the works. They were able to incorporate a significant amount of additional works when issues were uncovered with the condition of the original roof and they responded very well. I found their on-site team to be very hard working, respectful and they worked a full shift, which is not always the case with other contractors. I would have no hesitation in recommending them.
