I've dealt with a lot of roofers over the last 20yrs and I've learned that when you find a good one it's worth sticking with them. The best ones aren't the cheapest but because they do it right first time they're definitely the best value in the long run. All the above applies to Jamie and his company Premier in Oxford. Jamie diagnosed the problems, set a clear schedule and stuck by it. Was easy to work with when we encountered a few access issues to the neighbours to put up scaffolding. The work was started and completed on time and Jamie's staff were clear and transparent about everything they did. Highly recommended 👍

We initially hired Premier Roofing and Gutters Limited to repair a leak in our bay window. Jamie quickly and efficiently assessed the roof, identifying the exact source of the leak. During the inspection, he also discovered a hole on the side of the roof and offered to clean the gutters as well. I agreed to have both issues addressed. The team was professional and efficient, completing the work quickly and to a high standard. So far, there have been no issues—the leak is completely resolved, and the roof looks great. I am a retired Construction Project Manager and have experience of working with many different roofing contractors of different types and sizes. I have found Premier Roofing to be very pro-active, knowledgeable and helpful from the first meeting with them until completion of the works. They were able to incorporate a significant amount of additional works when issues were uncovered with the condition of the original roof and they responded very well. I found their on-site team to be very hard working, respectful and they worked a full shift, which is not always the case with other contractors. I would have no hesitation in recommending them.

I called “we know roofing” for a quote, they were very polite and came round the next day to give a quote for my leaking garden room roof. The quote which came through was competitive and a fixed price and I was told that if further issues were found that there would be no hidden costs. We arranged a mutually convenient date for them to start and the roofer’s who came were extremely polite and tidy, they worked hard and were very professional showing us pictures all the way along. Had a new roof recently plus repointing the front of my house and a chimney taken down and new fascia’s. Took only a week, all professionally done. Explained what was happening throughout. All waste taken as well. Very pleased.

Levi and his team redid our felt, replaced some rotten rafters, replaced the soffit, fascia, ridges and re-cemented the verges, then replaced all the original tiles. The weather that week wasn't great so he sent a large team and they got it all done in a day! They were quick and professional from start to finish, better than many other trades we've had. They gave a good price and returned really quickly to fix some snagging issues.

Nick and his team delivered their work to the highest standard at a very reasonable cost. He took the time to explain exactly what he was doing and answer all my questions. Quote: timely, polite and the most thorough investigation of all the suppliers I talked to (went inside attic vs just looking at roof from the outside, to really understand where leak was happening and the extent of the damage). Gave me a variety of choices from very cost effective (but less likely to stand the test of time) to very thorough (but more costly but with a very long warranty). No one else gave me options and talked through what it'd mean to pick each. Work itself: completed in a day, 4 men so very speedily done. Good communication throughout the day. Aftercare: they offer a long warranty and I know I can call them back if any leaks I that area again, so feel confident in the quality of the work done!

John, Stewart and Mark were prompt, very tidy and did all that I asked of them. They resolved a problem that I thought couldn't be fixed. I had the guttering re-directed to the front of the property, disconnecting the original downpipe and discharging the rainwater to the front porch downpipe. They also replaced the piece of damaged soffit board caused by an old boiler, fitted new tile trays, 2 baskets and the spreader. It was a difficult job, and Stewart did well to get it done at all. I will use them again, very pleased with the outcome.

Daren and his colleague did a fantastic job of installing a conservation-style Velux roof window to our listed cottage. Also, they kindly repaired a hole in the roof they'd spotted that went beyond the agreed contract. They are very competitively priced, the work completed was to a high professional standard and they left the work areas spotless. The scaffolders were great, scaffolding was installed in advance and removed in a timely fashion. The whole process from quote through to installation and handover went very smoothly. We have had a leak in our roof which Daren narrowed down to a Velux window. On close inspection, the window was found to be rotten so a new Velux window was fitted. The two people who fitted it, Dave and Matt, did a very neat job.

Replaced old felt with new rubber compound material, membrane, insulation and proper ventilation. Very polite and professional team, always on time and tidy. MHT Roofing made an excellent job of replacing our fascias, soffits and guttering which where in desperate need of an update. They where hard working, reliable and really nice chaps to get on with. Billy and his team did a great job fixing my roof, I would recommend them to anyone. He explained clearly what needed to be done. They checked the whole roof and identified other issues requiring attention and then fixed them too. So I can be confident my roof is now in good condition. He charges a fair price and provides excellent customer service with his polite and cheerful team.

If there was a league table of roofing companies, Billy and his team would be number 1 in the Championship division!! I cannot praise this company highly enough. Billy is honest, knowledgeable, reliable, thorough, tidy, hardworking, and explains everything in layman's terms. This is the ethos of the whole team. They won't leave a job unfinished, and, when our work expanded, due to us asking for something extra to be done, they stayed late to finish it, and even came back for an hour the next morning to do the last bits of final painting and sealing, and testing the gutters for possible leaks. Five stars is not enough!! It's also lovely to see Billy's daughter following in her father's footsteps.
