We've used Forest Park Roofing twice now and both times been very satisfied. Ian and the team are hardworking, fast and know what they're doing. They've always cleaned up beyond expectations. It's a welcome difference to other firms to be able to leave them to it and not have to supervise - or provide cups of tea every 45 minutes.

Forest Park Roofing have replaced the roof, loft insulation and loft flooring on my house. This was a complicated job that was undertaken with care leaving me with a very elegant roof which has been much admired by the numerous people walking their dogs in front of the house over 3 weeks. Iain Bowers guided me through the options to begin with and coped with the odd snag, woodworm, rotten wood etc. such as one might expect in a house over 100 years old. The team worked hard throughout, reclaimed such tiles as they could and sold them to reclamation crediting me with an appropriate amount. Chris Bowers application of mortar on the margins for aesthetic purposes was like was like watching a painter at work. The team tidied up beautifully in respect of protecting gutters, cleaning UPVC, cleaning glass, window sills and lifting tile fragments from the grass. It is reassuring for any householder commencing such a large task to know one is in such capable hands. All in all a top class experience.

We couldn't get any firm to quote for our roof repairs, no one turned up, so we were somewhat desperate by the time we contacted Iain, with water ingress having caused a great deal of damage to two internal walls. In retrospect, under those circumstances they could easily have ripped us off. However, his team fitted us in when it finally stopped raining this year and not only did they arrive on time, work hard and complete the job very tidily in 2 days, they did so politely and with great customer service. I’ve had a persistent leak beside a dormer window which I have tried unsuccessfully to have repaired by other roofers. I found Ben on the Trading Standards website and he undertook a number of improvements to guttering, redirecting how rain drains away and replacing several areas of roof felting that had deteriorated and had been punctured. I cannot recommend Ben strongly enough, extremely personable, reliable and really knows his stuff. I've been hugely impressed by First Choice Roofing and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them. I e-mailed last Thursday to request a quote; within less than fifteen minutes, I'd heard back and we arranged a visit that same day. By today (Wednesday) the work was complete! My garage roof - which had a huge amount of greenery to be removed - has been cleared, boarded and refelted to a high standard, as well as having guttering and drainpipe installed. Genuinely one of the easiest major property maintenance encounters I've ever had.

Gavin and his team completed a new GRP roof for our rear extension. Can't fault Gavin's knowledge and experience and quality of work. One of the key points which is often overlooked with building work at your property is the level of care and consideration given to your neighbours during the building period. Gavin and his team came and saved us after water started pouring through our kitchen light fitting from our flat roof. Daren has so many good reviews and here is another 5 star one. We have only been able to see the work on our roof which he has carried out from ground level but everything looks great. One thing for which we commend him very specially is that after he had started the work he found that some parts of the job for which he had quoted were not in fact necessary. So the sum we paid was very significantly lower than his quote. We recommend him 100%.

We have had a leak in our roof which Daren narrowed down to a Velux window. On close inspection, the window was found to be rotten so a new Velux window was fitted. The two people who fitted it, Dave and Matt, did a very neat job.

Daren and his colleague did a fantastic job of installing a conservation-style Velux roof window to our listed cottage. Also, they kindly repaired a hole in the roof they'd spotted that went beyond the agreed contract. They are very competitively priced, the work completed was to a high professional standard and they left the work areas spotless. The scaffolders were great, scaffolding was installed in advance and removed in a timely fashion. The whole process from quote through to installation and handover went very smoothly. Mike is a genuine 'Good Guy.' Cares greatly for his customers. Had problems with a leaking skylight in a recent storm. He attended next morning and fixed the problem. Nothing was too much trouble. Highly recommended.

What a find Mike Rickman was. The service, friendliness, efficiency and general pleasantness was wonderful. I had storm damage to guttering. Phoned 8am, Mike arrived 9am to assess, returned 11.30am, job finished by 1pm. Brilliant!!!! Can't recommend him enough and will certainly use him again..
