After 10 years of roofing troubles (leaks) with about and about half a dozen roofers later, I finally met Henry. Firstly, very polite and very professional - a rarity in the industry. Secondly, fantastic expertise and a great mindset to work. He does not like to cut corners and will take full responsibility for things he does. Again, not commonly found with others. As an investment landlord, I could not be happier to have met Henry / High Range, who I would happily refer to family and friends, my personal property and any roofing issue I have. Henry called and paid for a plumber to come to provide a second opinion on my roof because of the diagnostic complexity - that was some unexpected service. And I can happily share now 3 years down the line, and we have happy tenants with no issues at all. Thank you Henry - great guy. What a relief meeting you!! I called Yousef after a large leak in the roof following torrential rain. He was out the next day looking at it and by day three he had started work. This was for a roof flue leak, which needed scaffolding at neighbor's plot. Matt was very accommodating, and most importantly completed all works exactly as agreed and scheduled! Very happy with the services end to end. Highly recommended.

Matthew managed to locate the issue which had baffled a number of other roofers, which was water marks on a chimney breast and wall. After inspecting the roof he said it was the felt and a broken tile. From the quote, to arranging a date for the work, the scaffolding being put up and work done, all went seamlessly. I would have no hesitation in recommending him and his team.

Matt is a lovely bloke who came round within a couple days after I made contact with him, instantly spotted the issue and was able to come up with a solution that thought outside the box to keep costs down. The work was carried out a couple weeks later and he and his workman worked quickly to get it done. The work was smart and looked better than I thought it could. I'd be more than happy to recommend Matt to a friend if they were needed work done.
