Easy to contact, came when they said, charged exactly how much we agreed, 10/10. Also very polite and professional, and they clearly are very good at what they do. Our roof above the bay window was leaking, and the found some poor workmanship and weird solutions up there, which they undid and fixed properly. They also helped me with other issues on the other side of the house, and I felt like they went the extra mile to help me fix the issue as a whole. Couldn’t recommend them more.

This was for a roof flue leak, which needed scaffolding at neighbor's plot. Matt was very accommodating, and most importantly completed all works exactly as agreed and scheduled! Very happy with the services end to end. Highly recommended.

Matthew managed to locate the issue which had baffled a number of other roofers, which was water marks on a chimney breast and wall. After inspecting the roof he said it was the felt and a broken tile. From the quote, to arranging a date for the work, the scaffolding being put up and work done, all went seamlessly. I would have no hesitation in recommending him and his team.

Matt is a lovely bloke who came round within a couple days after I made contact with him, instantly spotted the issue and was able to come up with a solution that thought outside the box to keep costs down. The work was carried out a couple weeks later and he and his workman worked quickly to get it done. The work was smart and looked better than I thought it could. Keith is a rare breed, always where he said he would be, when he said he would be! The team worked diligently, carefully and to the agreed cost. We has a slight issue with the quality of work on one aspect of our job (which spanned roofing repairs, gutter repairs, tiling and painting works) and without argument it was swiftly rectified as part of the agreed price. John and the team were super helpful and responsive to some issues we had with our roof. The team were really professional and were able to fix some slipped tiles and replace some missing tiles from our very old roof. This is the first winter of owning the property, so it's always the litmus test for seeing the condition of the roof and guttering. Bill and his staff are fantastic! This was my first time having an apartment painted, and they did an excellent job. His response time is quite fast. He was able to provide a quote right away, and the whole coordinating and planning process went well. He was incredibly comforting and calmed my fears. His quickness transfers to his job as well.
