We had the roof on our extension replaced, Keith and his team were efficient, professional and friendly and got the work done quickly. He is really good at making sure everything happens when he says it will, quick to respond to messages and an excellent communicator. Would happily recommend.

Keith is a rare breed, always where he said he would be, when he said he would be! The team worked diligently, carefully and to the agreed cost. We has a slight issue with the quality of work on one aspect of our job (which spanned roofing repairs, gutter repairs, tiling and painting works) and without argument it was swiftly rectified as part of the agreed price. If you are looking for an honest and fair tradesman I would 100% recommend them.

Henry and his team installed new flat roof. Communication with Henry was excellent and he was very helpful in talking through our options for repair. On further inspection damage was more extensive and Henry was able to immediately schedule a new flat roof installation. The team were polite, respectful and cleared up their mess.

Ahmad contacted me very quickly (after I sent an initial message) and arranged for Sam to come over to take a look at the job within a few hours. A quote came through the same day and was very competitive. Sam & team started work the same week and completed the removal of the current flat roof fibreglass (which had cracked over three years and caused several leaks) then installed a felt flat roof system over 5 days. Sam is very polite, tidy and a pleasure to have on site - It is rare and refreshing to find this. Golden roofing expert Adam was quick to get in contact and came to see the roof. He understood what we needed done and gave a very reasonable quote. He gave great advice and was always happy to take my call and advice on the right product I needed to get. We needed ventilation to our loft due to the large amount of condensation we had after installing insulation so will only know in time if the work done was worth the price. Excellent service and quality of work. Attentive, friendly and diligent professional. Our roof was leaking, he knew exactly what was wrong by looking at the old roof (previous fibre glass workmanship was sub standard hence roof began to leak). They came around promptly, started and completed until all was done. He listened to what we wanted (take old roof off and start again) and carried out the job. Other roofers just wanted to go on the top, which was just putting a plaster on the problem. Good thing too, as it was rotting! Would definitely recommend. Give them a call and find out for yourself. Even did a job for my next door neighbour beside me and across the road! (Whom have written a review too)

I was so grateful to have Sam & his team help us replace two Velux windows in our loft bedroom. These windows had been leaking for the past year whenever it was windy and rainy. Initially, the plan was just to replace the flashing, but Sam discovered that the wooden frames of the old windows were actually rotten. Not only did he secure great discounts on new windows and flashing for us, but he also identified rotten wooden battens underneath the tiles. He went above and beyond by replacing the damaged battens as well as some broken tiles, all at no additional cost to us. The work was completed swiftly and professionally. Bill is extremely knowledgeable, trustworthy and very professional. I was lucky to have him and his team come to my rescue to address major problems with rising damp and dry rot. With his expert knowledge and commitment he was determined to resolve underlying problems that were causing the issues. It seemed to me no task was too much or too little, and unlike other bosses, Bill got stuck into the hard labour to make sure things were done thoroughly. I called Yousef after a large leak in the roof following torrential rain. He was out the next day looking at it and by day three he had started work.
