Ahmad contacted me very quickly (after I sent an initial message) and arranged for Sam to come over to take a look at the job within a few hours. A quote came through the same day and was very competitive. Sam & team started work the same week and completed the removal of the current flat roof fibreglass (which had cracked over three years and caused several leaks) then installed a felt flat roof system over 5 days. Sam is very polite, tidy and a pleasure to have on site - It is rare and refreshing to find this. Excellent service and quality of work. Attentive, friendly and diligent professional. Our roof was leaking, he knew exactly what was wrong by looking at the old roof (previous fibre glass workmanship was sub standard hence roof began to leak). They came around promptly, started and completed until all was done. He listened to what we wanted (take old roof off and start again) and carried out the job. Other roofers just wanted to go on the top, which was just putting a plaster on the problem. Good thing too, as it was rotting! Would definitely recommend. Give them a call and find out for yourself. Golden roofing expert Adam was quick to get in contact and came to see the roof. He understood what we needed done and gave a very reasonable quote. He gave great advice and was always happy to take my call and advice on the right product I needed to get. We needed ventilation to our loft due to the large amount of condensation we had after installing insulation so will only know in time if the work done was worth the price. Adam and his team were fantastic. They replaced two flat roofs for us that were cracked and leaking, and fixed any other issues they found like the rotten ply wood under, some broken tiles and guttering brackets. Adam is very honest and kind, it’s a pleasure to work with a trustworthy trade. He was able to schedule us quickly knowing we had an active leak. They provided videos at the start and end to show the works and left the site clean and tidy. I was so grateful to have Sam & his team help us replace two Velux windows in our loft bedroom. These windows had been leaking for the past year whenever it was windy and rainy. Initially, the plan was just to replace the flashing, but Sam discovered that the wooden frames of the old windows were actually rotten. Not only did he secure great discounts on new windows and flashing for us, but he also identified rotten wooden battens underneath the tiles.
