I rarely write reviews, but Total Roofing London did such an outstanding job that I just had to share! After dealing with frustrating recurring leaks for two years, we were finally ready for a total roof replacement, and a colleague recommended Ross and his team. From the very first interaction, they were amazing - super professional, friendly, and so accommodating. They walked me through every step, making sure I felt completely comfortable, even though I knew next to nothing about roofing. The team was always on time, worked incredibly fast, and left everything spotless! What felt like a massive project became so much easier, thanks to their hard work. And now, our new roof looks fantastic! The team exceeded all of my expectations, and I am beyond thrilled with the results. If I could give them 6 stars, I would! I have used McDonald Roofing Contractors for three separate roofing jobs on a rather complicated roof - firstly replacing a box gutter and associated drainage, secondly replacing some lead work, and finally replacing half of the roof following my realisation that a previous roofer had only done half of the work paid for. Given all the cowboys out there it is reassuring to know a company who is professional, expert, tidy and efficient. I echo the praise of Kerry in the office, too! Delighted with the service and the end result.

A really good experience from start to finish. We had our flat roof replaced along with other repairs needed. There was excellent communication throughout the project from getting quotes right through to completion. We were promptly sent all the verified certificates. The team were hard working, polite and courteous and Andrew (project manager) is a true gentleman - a person with manners from a different era. I would highly recommend this roofing company for the quality of their work and for the excellent communication.

I was so grateful to have Sam & his team help us replace two Velux windows in our loft bedroom. These windows had been leaking for the past year whenever it was windy and rainy. Initially, the plan was just to replace the flashing, but Sam discovered that the wooden frames of the old windows were actually rotten. Not only did he secure great discounts on new windows and flashing for us, but he also identified rotten wooden battens underneath the tiles. He went above and beyond by replacing the damaged battens as well as some broken tiles, all at no additional cost to us. The work was completed swiftly and professionally. Adam and his team were fantastic. They replaced two flat roofs for us that were cracked and leaking, and fixed any other issues they found like the rotten ply wood under, some broken tiles and guttering brackets. Adam is very honest and kind, it’s a pleasure to work with a trustworthy trade. He was able to schedule us quickly knowing we had an active leak. Ahmad contacted me very quickly (after I sent an initial message) and arranged for Sam to come over to take a look at the job within a few hours. A quote came through the same day and was very competitive. Sam & team started work the same week and completed the removal of the current flat roof fibreglass (which had cracked over three years and caused several leaks) then installed a felt flat roof system over 5 days. Sam is very polite, tidy and a pleasure to have on site - It is rare and refreshing to find this. Matthew and his team came to the rescue at short notice, just before Xmas, and did wonderful job at saving a massive leak into my bedroom. I couldn't find a roofer to help out on such short notice but Matthew did everything possible to get his team to work on a Saturday to fix the issue. It was just on time as that night it rained so heavily that there would have been extensive damage so I am extremely grateful to his professional help and forthcoming nature to help me so efficiently and quickly fix the problem.
