Provided an excellent service. My roof needed significant repair work. Tunbridge Wells Roofing Ltd provided me with a balanced and honest assessment that a new roof was not needed (thankfully!) and then tackled all the issues very professionally and promptly. I was especially impressed with the quality of their communication. They talked me through the issues, showed me the work they were doing and provided me with a clear understanding and picture of the lifespan of the roof, including future repairs that may be needed down the line. When the job was finished I felt confident that a good job had been done and that as a customer I had been treated with respect and not been taken advantage of. Excellent.
Cannot thank Tunbridge Wells Roofing Ltd enough for the repair to our roof (barely 12 months since being installed by another contractor). They came at short notice, worked out a solution and returned within a matter of days to mend. All before any poor weather returned.
