Lee and his team are brilliant. We have used them 3 times now for work including a roof repair when we first moved in, new gutters and fascias and now a full new roof. Photos taken and texted through each day of work, drone footage and videos taken to see all the areas we wouldn't usually see, insulation in the loft added to comply with regulations and building control signed off. Work is always completed on time, the team are polite and clear up after themselves and Lee and Amy in the office are patient no matter how many times I text them asking more questions!

Like most jobs there were extras when found and they went above and beyond to get the work completed by brining in other trades to help get the work completed in a timely manor.

The quality of craftsmanship from Allroofs is, quite simply, exceptional. I have used Allroofs for many years, so I was confident Lee and his team would do a good job, and they didn't disappoint. I decided that I'd replace my whole roof. I was concerned that, with a 200+ year old converted Baptist chapel, the roof needed to be sympathetic to the structure, and with Lee's guidance, the finished roof is perfect. You're bound to encounter issues with an older building during this type of project. Lee and his team communicated well, and any problems that were uncovered were quickly resolved. Review update - Our >20-year-old cabin's roof needed repair and weatherproofing. Lee explained the options, and we decided to use a rugged industrial solution using the "SOPREMA torch on felt system in 3 layers". I am delighted with the outcome. With more and more people using costly outbuildings as home offices (as I did), protecting your asset with a highly durable roof is a must.

All Roofs did an excellent job replacing a ridge air vent (from an old boiler) with normal ridge tiles, and also repaired the associated damaged roof lining underneath from when the flue was removed. They managed to get a near perfect match of recycled ridge tiles so you hardly notice the repair, and even fixed another issue they spotted elsewhere on the roof while here. Team were polite, friendly, professional and superb at their job.
