On the day I started looking for a tutor for my son's 11 plus journey, Mr. Goldsmith was an entirely serendipitous find. Around 16 months later, I still can't believe we got so lucky. He was everything we were looking for in a tutor - a qualified teacher with years and years of experience and a clam and compassionate approach to teaching. My son enjoyed his well-structured lessons and responded well to his methods of teaching. Lessons were conducted in small groups and there was always another teacher to help the children. Children were treated with kindness and respect.
We were kept updated with our son's progress with regular reports and test feedbacks. He was always happy to discuss the reports individually and suggested areas to improve on. Most of the children in my son's group were preparing for Essex exams, however, Mr. Goldsmith would always make sure that the GL kids received the same level of attention and care. Towards the end, he arranged for extra NVR lessons for GL kids only. Hand on my heart, my son could not have passed (way beyond the actual pass mark) his test this September, if it wasn't for Mr. Goldsmith's guidance and resources.

Parents beaware, lford and surrounding areas have an abundance of charlatans masquerading as "tutors" who would be happy to take your money and produce zero results, wasting children's precious time. Mr. Goldsmith is a very honest individual who has a passion for teaching and genuinely cares about his students. Even before we got the results for our son, I had told him already that he would be teaching my daughter too. Thank you from the bottom of my heart!
