Betsy was a great help preparing my twins for the 11+. We designed a plan and sometimes worked in a small group with other children. This really helped improved my daughter’s confidence as the working exercises were difficult sometimes and questions needed to be broken down in steps.

Betsy has worked out to be a tremendous tutor for our daughter. They’ve been working together really well for over a year and have developed a trusting and happy relationship. Our daughters maths skills have rapidly improved - working on the basics has certainly built up her confidence and she now tackles problems she’d otherwise have been nervous of. They’re working solidly towards the 11+ exams in a few months time and will be starting to work on English skills in the coming weeks. We really like Betsy. We went to TAG for additional support as my son prepared for the barrage of 11+ and senior school entry exams. All the team at TAG seem fabulous and so engaged in their work with the children but my son idolises his tutor, Felix. He's keen to go to his lesson, comes out beaming from ear to ear, AND has significantly accelerated his learning. They've loved Maths problem solving together and worked hard to build on my son's English comprehension and analysis skills. Felix is patient and creative in finding ways to embed the knowledge, whilst keeping the sessions vibrant and productive. Tailoring the sessions to what most needs to be worked on but adding in some of the things he's strong on to keep the confidence up. I would highly recommend TAG and Felix for both 11+ and more rounded educational support. Thank you.

I have been a tutor at Tavistock for almost a year now and they are by FAR the best agency I have worked with! Their tutors are excellent, and their treatment of tutors is even better. They provide regular clients whose needs are perfectly aligned to the tutor's skills, making the process as simple as signing up! I enjoyed my meeting with Yusuf and can see potential in our work together on my PS. My only issue is that I think he is too focused on the philosophical side of PPE as he suggested I read another philosophy book for my PS when I already mentioned one. Especially since for one university I’m applying to economics and politics (bath) as it doesn’t have PPE. So therefore, I would prefer if my PS is more well-rounded of all three subjects.

Kevin is an outstanding and naturally gifted tutor who was able to put my daughter at ease from the 1st lesson. He understands the teenage brain and works very well in nurturing his student with versatility and consideration of their current mindset. He has such a vast knowledge and currently, we are focussing on maths yet we could include the sciences, too, in the future, if necessary. Kevin gives such great tips that are current and helpful for exam revision. My son found Alun absolutely perfect for him, he enjoyed every session with him and usually came out with a smile on his face as he had learnt something new again. Kavita Arif is an excellent Math teacher. She has been tutoring my son for a few weeks, and her teaching method is very interactive. She keeps her students engaged continuously and works them through any sticky patches they might encounter. She is brilliant, and I highly recommend her. Safiyyah is an excellent Biology, Chemistry and Geography teacher. She has extensive knowledge of her subjects and is gentle with her students, allowing them to be comfortable and grasp the subject matter she teaches. She is fantastic, and I wish she had taught more subjects.

Our son has been working with Sarah for approximately 18 months now. Initially this was for 11+ prep but we have continued with his sessions post exams to prepare him for secondary school. We were delighted when he was offered a place at our first choice school recently and Sarah was an incredible support helping our son to get through the process. Our son loves his tutoring with Sarah. He is always happy to jump online for their calls and he really enjoys the time they spend together. Sarah has been amazing at building his confidence and working in a way that suits his learning style. Very happy with help we have received from Simply Learning Tuition. The communication was clear, fast and easy. They helped us to find a wonderful tutor ( Elizabeth Campbell) for our daughter to help with her preparation for Cambridge interview, as well as throughout overall admission process.
