I was very impressed with the service I received from these guys. They attended when no one else could -out of hours and went above and beyond to ensure the problem was resolved before they left. They were thorough and professional. I would recommend and made a point of leaving a review which I usually don't do but this was warranted due to the above and beyond approach during the night.

Titanium Drainage responded promptly to my enquiry regarding a blocked surface drain. They attended within a couple of hours. Extremely professional and knowledgeable. They used a range of specialist tools & equipment to identify the complex problem, including a suspected fracture to the drainage pipe. We have agreed a course of action to resolve the issue. Would certainly recommend.

We were very please with the work that the company did. They helped us with everything we needed, their advice was good and they were good workers. The pressurised system they put in has been very good. I have left this review for a year to make sure all was well and it is. They have now going to do my first years service, which the notified me on. Any query we had because it was very different to our old boiler they were very helpful with, and explained it well in easy terms to understand.
