I had a great experience with LDC Heating. Lee was really helpful and knowledgeable when I had an issue with my boiler. He was very prompt and professional and able to explain the issues to me very clearly. The work carried out was great and reasonably priced. He even followed up to ensure I was happy and that the issue was resolved. I would definitely contact LDC in the future if I have any issues.

I have used LDC several times for various work including fitting radiators, boiler servicing and more recently to fix a leak. Lee is highly knowledgeable, polite, trustworthy and reliable. All work has been completed to a high standard. I wouldn’t use anyone else and highly recommend LDC.

Thanks to Lee and Matt for a great job on a new boiler install. Lee is very knowledgeable and professional with such a friendly, chilled out demeanour. In just 2 weeks of reaching out to him, he provided a free call out and gave a no jargon clear explanation on my options and breakdown of work involved in replacing a very old boiler. I appreciate the responsiveness in answering my post call out questions and the efficiency in scheduling my job. Matt undertook the install, he arrived on time and was very respectful of my property, removing his shoes on entry. He took care in ensuring carpets on the stairs and floor tiles in the kitchen were covered with dust sheets. I was WFH, but Matt just got on with the work at hand. Despite the size difference (the new boiler being considerably smaller) and some pipework obstacles, he did a fantasic tidy job on the installation. He definitely takes pride in his work. Both Lee and Matt did a walk through of the new boiler system and how to operate the new T3 thermostat. Official paperwork, warranty, and certs were all sent timely. Love the new Valliant EcoFit boiler. It's super quiet compared to my old boiler, and the thermostat settings are easy to operate.
