I have used 1st Call Plumbing and Heating Services for annual gas safety certification checks and boiler servicing as a landlord for years, they are always reliable, prompt and trustworthy with appointments convenient to my tenants. My tenants have always reported good service and I get the certificate through same day. Very efficient, highly recommended.

The best plumbing & heating company I have ever come across. I would never go anywhere else. I've been having them service my boiler for a few years and just this week they replaced the boiler and again, an excellent service. Sam was so patient because I couldn't decide if I should just replace the faulty heat exchanger or replace the boiler and he was taking my calls, even on new years day! There's nothing worse than the boiler going off and clanking. I was so worried and phoned Sam and felt very reassured. He came and replaced the boiler within a few days and given that it was New Year and he had to order the boiler, I think that's incredible. This time he brought an apprentice (Max) who was excellent too. He was very young but knew his stuff and was so polite and courteous. Thank you 1st Call Plumbing😇😀
