This is definitely your first choice for help and assistance when dealing with pests and vermin. We had a rat who decided to roam the house and cause a huge amount of anxiety. This company responded immediately and were on standby if any event occurred. Problem was solved within days and then monitored to ensure it was a one off incident. Thank you so much for your help. I honestly can't recommend this company enough.

I am so grateful that Matt saved us from a really awful flea infestation. I was desperate and he dropped everything to help us. He was informative, thorough and reassuring. He kept in touch to make sure the problem was permanently resolved. The dogs have returned to their usual happy selves. Absolutely superb, cannot fault the service in any way. I just moved into a new house with issues regarding wasp nests and rodents in the loft - reached out to Matt with a few photos of the situation, he got in touch straight away and explained clearly what would need to be done. Was onsite quickly, walked me through the whole process and was very clear about which solutions he was using and their safety level for my pregnant wife. Treatment was done and dusted quickly - immediate results, all pests removed and they haven't returned. Cannot recommend highly enough. Friendly guy, very knowledgeable, great service.

John came out on the day of contact. Was very friendly and honest and got to work to clear rats in the loft. John also filled in the hole with cement where they were gaining entry. Very happy with this service and would totally recommend.

My first call was answered quickly and someone came out the next day. The gentleman called John, walked around the house inside and outside to assess where the rats can get in and where he could lay baits. He was quite a cheerful man. As he promised he returned the next day and done the job. He was quick and clean. He seemed to know well what he was doing. Came back in a week time to check and lay more baits then at the third visit he said we are cleared. Pricing was excellent, way less than I expected. Done a great job, will call him again if we have problem in the future.

Jimmy has understood my rather complicated drain layout and as part of the initial visit, lifted the manhole and cleaned out underneath. It may well solve the problem but if not, l can call Jimmy back knowing that hes now familiar with the complexities. So £60 well spend for piece of mind and hopefully a problem sorted.

I called Kent Pest Control recently, because I have been seeing rats in my garden for the last week or so!!! The service was excellent from start to finish. A quick response to my phone call. A quick visit and a very good service. I would like to give a special mention to Frankie. He was polite and supportive. He was considerate of the fact I have a dog and explained how the rat box would work. It has been one week since his visit and "no rats". Found a hornets' nest in the early hours of the morning outside of one of our bedroom windows. Nine of the hornets had come in through the windows left open due to the heat and were flying around upstairs. After a sleepless night, I phoned Kent Pest Services. Even though it was a Sunday morning and he was out woth friends, Robert came over and sorted out the nest for us. What a relief. Such great service! It is not the first time I have used this company, and the service has always been first class.

The team at Folkestone Pest Control are so responsive and helpful. We have been unlucky this year with a wasps nest and most recently a rodent but both times John came out the same day, dealt with the issue quickly and gave us lots of advice as well as answering all the questions we had. John also went above and beyond by advising about some traps which had been laid nearby our property by another party that were not legal and we have been able to ask the party to rectify it immediately – we wouldn’t have known about this otherwise. Thursday summer evening and starting the barbecue I notice a smell coming from deep in the nearby hedge. On inspection a fox had got itself caught in the fence between mine and neighbours garden and sadly departed this world. With friends coming for garden party on Saturday, I was needed to fix. I called Folkestone pest control at about 7:30pm, who arrived 8am the next day and by 8:15am the whole episode was just a memory. Super professional. Garden party was an odorous blast too.

We had a major pigeon problem! About 10-12 pigeons had taken up residence on the roof and had nested under the solar panels. Kelly from Pest-Tech was great and sorted our problem. Not an easy job as a step roof and solar panels on two roof pitches. Kelly cleaned out all the nests and cleared away all the pigeon excrement! Now that the panels have strong mesh all around them, the pigeons have found somewhere else to live. We can now sleep at 5am and the gutters are not overflowing from pigeon poop! Thanks Kelly. Absolutely Amazing! We had a serious rat problem with the critters nesting in our ceiling and walls. From the initial call to completion, Pest Tech was fantastic to work with. Liam and Matt quickly pinpointed the entry points and provided additional valuable advice on managing the nearby fences and bushes to prevent further access for the rodents who had settled in our home. After just four visits, the rats are completely gone, and it’s a relief to finally have a peaceful home without the constant worry of damage being done in the walls & ceiling. Mark visits us virtually every year to get rid of regular wasp nests and is always really reliable and accommodating. After getting rid of a hornets nest for us a couple of weeks ago, he came back to shift another wasps nest I'd not previously noticed prior to him arriving. I’ve met various of the technicians and had a lot of contact with head office, and the whole team is quite evidently experienced (decades!) and knowledgeable. They are trustworthy and efficient, and friendly on top! Andy has been our main contact and is a superb technician. His numerous follow up visits, each with lots of informative chat (and patience as I fire question after question!) has made it feel he’s like a friend of the family! Great service. Carl was amazing! He was friendly and very professional. Helped me identify the entry points of the mice and even covered them up.
