Steven carried out a drains survey and did a thorough job. He also went beyond what he was hired for in terms of looking for the problem. Steve and his colleague was approachable and knowledgeable.

I phoned Steve on Saturday afternoon and by Sunday afternoon he was on my doorstep. Looked like I had a mouse but may have already caught it in an existing trap. Steve checked all the loft and my adjoining garage for activity. There was very little evidence so he offered me some great free advice on how to continue to deal with them. Because the issue was possibly dealt with he refused to take any oayment, stating his advice is free of charge. I was amazed and very grateful as I’m a pensioner.
