Tim has been coming to our rescue for some time now and not only is he quick to uncover the issue, but it able to provide us with long term solutions in preventing further insect infestation. We returned from holiday mid evening to 6 squirrels living in the loft. We called Tim and he was with us by within the hour. Tim ran through the procedure and was understanding as we were freaked out. He reassured us. The traps were set and whole where the squirrels were jumping in from the tree was blocked up that evening. Tim returned when he said he would and the whole process was so smooth.
