All things pest control, Ian came out to us and from start to present he has been brilliant. From coming to the house and applying the set up, to revisiting today and collecting one of the dead rats. He has kept in touch by sms during the time from baiting the loft up until his next visit which was today where he has. Inspected from the tracking powder he set up to note where the pest have been coming and going. He took one of the dead rats with him from todays inspection and also checked the loft for others. He is due to come out again after placing bait down again incase of a second wave, this is all done for a very affordable cost, with the best service provided. I highly recommend all thing pest control for anybody having trouble with any kind of pests, you will not be disappointed. Lastly i would just like to say how friendly and polite Ian has been with myself from getting in touch with him. Pest First have a lot of experience and have amazing customer service. Ahmed was proactive when coming into my home to really get to the root causes of the pest issue we had. He was also an excellent communicator to ensure he came at a suitable time and kept in touch in between visits to know about progress. Happy to say we have got on top of the problem! Really good and professional service! I called them yesterday for silverfish and rats problem, they gave me a free detailed phone consultation and they arranged a next day service! Very reasonable price while another company was quoting more than three times of their price. Arrived on time, answered all my questions as I was really worried that the pest control will harm my dog. Would definitely recommend them to anyone I know for any pest control.

The response time of this company was phenomenal. I sent an email detailing the problem I was having with wasps and the possibility of there being a nest in the loft. Virtually as soon as I'd pressed send, my phone rang and I was told they could be with me straight away as they'd just finished a job in my area. They were very thorough in investigating but unfortunately couldn't locate a nest. I'm still getting odd wasps entering the room from around the loft hatch but will wait another week or so and call them out again if the problem persists. I need to access my loft on a regular basis so need to ensure I have nothing to worry about. I would have no hesitation in recommending this company as they did all they could to try and discover if there was a nest.

Fantastic service. I was at the end of my tether with a honey bee infestation in my house that had been dragging on for over a year. I'd had several other companies round who were not able to offer a solution and were in my opinion out of their depth or not interested because the job was not straightforward. Paul came out quickly to do a survey and immediately identified where the bees nest was (in between joists under a bedroom floor). Paul assured me that he would be able to sort the problem and I immediately felt confident. He sent a report and quote for the job that day. Within two weeks of the initial visit the house had been scaffolded and the bedroom wrapped with PVC in preparation for the removal. Paul kept me updated at each step of the process. On the day of removal Paul and Dave were fantastic, showing me what they'd done as they went along. The bees and honeycomb were removed safely and sent to a hive in Cheshire. The entry points in the brickwork used by the bees were mortared shut. The section of engineered wood floor which had to be removed was put back almost perfectly - a much better result than I expected. After the job was complete Paul sent me photos showing what they'd uncovered under the floorboards. I can't praise Paul and Dave enough, a pleasure to deal with and very professional. Very happy!

Would not hesitate to recommend C2C Pest Control. We had a problem with mice under the floorboards in the bedroom and it became unbearable, especially in the middle of the night. Rang Paul up to explain the situation and the lovely Dave came round a couple of days later. Absolutely made up with Chris , he has sorted years worth of stress and worry with a rodent problem. We have had many companies out to tackle the issue in the loft but to no avail … chris came out and stopped the infestation getting worse whilst organising another company to find where they were getting into the property. All sorted fast and efficiently with a friendly service too. Honestly can’t thank him enough my disabled mum can sleep well!!

After finding evidence of rodent activity I searched online, read reviews and then contacted Chris at ProStop. He came out to the house, diagnosed the problem (thankfully quite minor), explained everything clearly, and put poison down in the most likely places. After three visits he was able to confirm that we are rodent-free. We now have peace of mind, and I'd be happy to recommend Chris.

I rang Mark after discovering a mouse in our kitchen that our cat had got to. I was concerned there were further mice in the property. Mark was very helpful on the phone and suggested some things I could try to ascertain whether or not we had a problem. I chose to get Mark out to set up some bait stations. These were renewed after a week as there was evidence there was still an issue but since then they've been untouched. Thanks Mark for the prompt and good value service!

We were worried that we might have a bed bug problem last week. I called Mark and he arrived to inspect the room the same day. He spent a good while completing a thorough inspection and set some traps just to be sure there was no infestation.
