We were helped out with quite a serious rat population and nesting around our communal bin store, which was brought under control quickly, with regular visits and updates, really helpful advice and knowledgeable insights into the cause and possible solutions. I've always felt there's a genuine concern and commitment to helping us get on top of the problem. Communication is spot on as well - would highly recommend.

We had a serious issue with rats nesting in our garden, and the team was brilliant from start to finish. They responded quickly and kept us updated throughout. Their advice was really helpful and made a huge difference in getting the problem under control. Highly recommended!
