I called Luke and he came over quite quickly. He is really friendly and explained everything thoroughly and made sure I was happy with the what he was doing. He has made a number of visits to make sure the problem has been dealt with and if I have contacted him outside of visits he has returned my calls/messages straightway. I would highly recommend him, focuses highly on his clients and service.

Absolutely made up with Chris , he has sorted years worth of stress and worry with a rodent problem. We have had many companies out to tackle the issue in the loft but to no avail … chris came out and stopped the infestation getting worse whilst organising another company to find where they were getting into the property. All sorted fast and efficiently with a friendly service too. Honestly can’t thank him enough my disabled mum can sleep well!!

After finding evidence of rodent activity I searched online, read reviews and then contacted Chris at ProStop. He came out to the house, diagnosed the problem (thankfully quite minor), explained everything clearly, and put poison down in the most likely places. Fabian was superb he explained everything well and had good knowledge. I would recommend him as he was very professional and reassured me and was happy to help with any concerns. The only thing I was not happy with was the admin staff were not helpful when I had a problem and I was not happy with the service for what I paid for but Fabian was fabulous and this was nothing to do with him.

Fabian is an absolute legend and not only provided me with the best service one could ask for, but he also gave me the reassurance that I desperately needed that my rat problem would get resolved. He pinpointed all the areas that needed treating, where I was having activity and crawled through my garage roof like spiderman. He also climbed into a very tight drain and installed a rate gate on my sewer pipe. I highly recommend him as the best pest control professional ever and I am eternally grateful for the time, consideration and 5-star service that he provided me.

Abs came round to quote for bird spike installation on the edge of my roof to deter pigeons. The lads came a few days later to install them. Nice neat job done. I returned from a long weekend away to discover mice had taken over my kitchen and managed to get someone round within an hour. Our pest control man Abs was friendly and professional and came round three times over the space of five or six weeks to make sure that our problem was solved, which I can happily say is the case. Reasonable price too, I would definitely recommend.

Abs from Manchester Exterminators came and did a thorough assessment of my problem with wild pigeons in the loft exactly when he said he would and quoted me a fair price. On the agreed work day, he and Adam turned up at the arranged time and observed social distancing while working as hard and as efficiently as could be imagined in such a dirty environment. They were polite, friendly and professional throughout. They laid out plastic in all areas of contact and thoroughly cleaned afterwards. A great service. Would highly recommend.
