I contacted Termipest after a bad experience with another rat pest control company. I can highly recommend Carolynn and Paul. Superb job. Really thought through where the rats could have been coming from and put bait down in appropriate places where my pet could get it. But equally reassured me that it wouldn’t cause harm to my pet. I would highly recommend Termipest. I called Ian up after discovering a wasp infestation in my kitchen and despite it being a Sunday Ian and his partner turned up within an hour which I seriously appreciate considering I had been too scared to step foot in the kitchen. They treated the issue professionally and the issue has been completely resolved. I really appreciated not having to pay a ridiculous call out charge and multiple visit charges. The price quoted was reasonable and it was inclusive of the treatment - no hidden charges! Would recommend to anyone without a doubt.

I actually do not know where to start, I cannot thank Ian and Carolynn enough for helping me today. Not only did they come on such short notice, they were so incredibly kind , respectful and beyond accommodating! There is nothing but honestly and genuine concern and care in what they do and I can tell that they genuinely love their job for the fact that they can help people. So happy with the service provided by Termipest to deal with a pesky flea problem in our home! From first speaking to Ian on the phone I felt reassured. They were polite and professional throughout, and put my mum who was anxious at ease when they did the first treatment. They gave clear advice, were extremely thorough (e.g. even taking the time to treat furniture such as beds and the couch) and the prices compared to other companies quoted was very good value. Reece came the same day I called and at the time agreed. He was very approachable, knowledgeable, calm and professional. He did a thorough search both inside and outside my home to find the entry point - nothing was too much trouble. For his follow-up visit he came on the agreed day and time. Again he was thorough in re-checking everything. I highly recommend him as he is very trustworthy.
