Liam attended our property for his second visit. Again his customer care was excellent. He arrived within the timeframe specified. He explained everything he was doing and advised on next steps. Liam’s approach and advice enabled me to feel much more confident about something I’d been very anxious about. He again offered for me to contact him with anything I was worried about. I have contacted him about a smell in the house. He responded within a couple of minutes and put my mind at rest. I would highly recommend Liam and Copley Pest Control. I had the final visit from Neil yesterday. Again a fantastic professional and friendly service. Neil contacted me to let me know time of arrival. Reassured me that there had been no further rodent activity but to call in the future should I have any concerns. Both Neil and Liam were also very kind to our new puppy which I appreciated. He was very knowledgeable about the issue with mice and was very thorough with his checks and work, reassuring me, and giving me piece of mind about the most humane way to deal with the issue.
