Due to a worrying wasp nest on the edge of my conservatory roof, I found 'Platinum Pest Control' on Google. I read all Chris' reviews and decided to contact. Thoroughly impressed with his quick, efficient service. Arriving the following morning, he adeptly removed the nest. Chris explained his methods clearly and with confidence. He had a wealth of experience and learning to with his business and was proud of it. How refreshing to find such a lovely, professional, clearly engaged with his work. Fantastic support and service for our family member who had an issue with Rats. Chris was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful and put everyone’s mind at ease and resolved the issue with speed and professionalism- would highly recommend.

We are very satisfied with the service provided by Chris. We had a problem with starlings getting into and nesting in our loft and Chris' expertise identified where they were getting in and what needed to be done to prevent them. Amongst other measures, he installed bird mesh around the outside of the roof and we haven't see the birds since! We also have a few air-vents in the house walls that we suspected could be points of entry for vermin and other pests and Chris was able to advise and rectify this issue as well. We agree with other reviewers that Chris is friendly and courteous and provides a professional service at a reasonable price. We have no hesitation in recommending him.
