Terri was very quick to answer my call. She was so friendly and helpful. I was given a very reasonable estimate and an approximate time when she would call. I was texted 15 minutes prior to her attendance and Terri arrived in a discreet car. She quickly sorted everything, giving us an enormous amount of help.Terri is so knowledgeable and so professional. Terri and team delivered an impeccable service when we discovered we had a rat in our system that had damaged our toilet waste pipe! They went above and beyond just days before Christmas to get us protected! Very knowledgeable and very professional would highly recommended.
