After we were broken into I found Tony via a Google Search. He was here within an hour of me phoning ! He was friendly, helpful and had lots of useful advice for the type of security we needed. His knowledge and professionalism gave me peace of mind, which is priceless, but he was also very reasonably priced (especially for a Sunday). Highly recommended.

Brian was super helpful. I needed an emergency locksmith on a Saturday morning as my mum was locked in her house and carers couldn’t get in to give her her medication. Brian was so prompt and caring which was definitely needed in this moment. He was over within the hour, solved the problem and dealt with my distressed mum! Highly recommend him. He charges a fair and reasonable price and not extortionate.

Mr Brian Carter was extremely friendly, competent locksmith. We had a complicated issue with the door. It had a broken gearbox. Replacement gearbox and faceplate did not fit. It needed modification. Mr Carter had to modify the gearbox which he performed expertly and made the locking mechanism as good as new. Mr Carter was extremely polite, had excellent attention to detail, was intent on perfection. Extremely trustworthy trader. Ive saved his name for future reference. Highly recommended. Services were excellent value for money.

Fantastic same day service. Came to repair a UPVC door mechanism and I asked for upgrades on several locks he wasn’t expecting. Val had to make a couple of trips to get supplies but completed the job he came to do and more. All the work was completed efficiently, thoroughly and in a tidy way. He left me with complete peace of mind about the security of my house.

What a fantastic company, really professional, from the minute I telephoned them. Charles was so helpful and knowledgeable , really got me out of the mire. He arranged for Mark to come out, who was amazingly friendly and greeted you like a long lost friend, within twenty minutes I had a new key fob sorted and was able to use the car. I can't recommend this company enough, for the efficient response. On the plus side they were also cheaper than the other two quotes I received . So Thank you guys, keep up the good work.

Had this company out to sort the locks on my new vivaro. I spoke to their office out of hours and was assured they could do the job. They were professional and gave me confidence. Came out, done the job. Happy customer and I would definitely use again.

Booked an appointment with Car key assist, very polite on the phone and called back to go through some technical queries. I had a 9am appointment and was offered a drink and they began work exactly on time. A second engineer was called to assist who was equally polite. Mark the second engineer persisted for about two hours and they eventually managed to decide the lock. I would highly recommend this company as unlike many in this modern era most would have given up. I chose this business based upon the excellent reviews and I really was not disappointed, all of the staff here dealt with all of the customers both politely and professionally. It is also worth noting I travelled about 15 miles to get to their premises and would be happy to do it again based upon this level of service.

BMW 3series-2 Key Fobs new style! My first time using a mobile locksmith and I must say I was so impressed by this particular company..The gentleman over the phone was so polite and professional and definitely prided himself in delivering a bespoke personal service. I’m very fussy on the minor details and the gentleman was very accommodating and provided us with the new style fobs and right colour combo. The communication was consistent from the first time I called through to the end. I ordered 2 keys and had one existing key blade cut(inc new ones). They also picked my existing lock to cut my blades in the first place which is more work. The gentleman and his colleague just got on with the job and were very pleasant. They have all their own kit inc their well kept van. They turned up when they said they would and just made the whole process so easy. They have a customer for life in me and I will always make sure I recommend them to others because they’ve earned my trust and respect! Oh and their pricing is very competitive whereas the bricks and mortar stores just wanna rip you off! They also do domestic locks as well so be sure to contact them for a quote!
