put my keys in the boot while I put shopping away an closed the boot by exident so i phoned them paid a deposit an they came to me with in 15mins max managed to open my car was very fast & helpful, so greatful thank u again il defo pass the number on to ours

What a fantastic company, really professional, from the minute I telephoned them. Charles was so helpful and knowledgeable , really got me out of the mire. He arranged for Mark to come out, who was amazingly friendly and greeted you like a long lost friend, within twenty minutes I had a new key fob sorted and was able to use the car. I can't recommend this company enough, for the efficient response. On the plus side they were also cheaper than the other two quotes I received . So Thank you guys, keep up the good work.

Called and spoke to Charlie. I arrived the next day to receive my new spare key, great customer service and friendly staff, Charlie was polite and approachable, programmed the new spare key and was done in just about half an hour. Will definitely be doing business there, highly recommended

Had this company out to sort the locks on my new vivaro. I spoke to their office out of hours and was assured they could do the job. They were professional and gave me confidence. Came out, done the job. Happy customer and I would definitely use again.

Booked an appointment with Car key assist, very polite on the phone and called back to go through some technical queries. I had a 9am appointment and was offered a drink and they began work exactly on time. A second engineer was called to assist who was equally polite. Mark the second engineer persisted for about two hours and they eventually managed to decide the lock. I would highly recommend this company as unlike many in this modern era most would have given up. I chose this business based upon the excellent reviews and I really was not disappointed, all of the staff here dealt with all of the customers both politely and professionally. It is also worth noting I travelled about 15 miles to get to their premises and would be happy to do it again based upon this level of service.
